Built-in 1873 this historic building offers the perfect surroundings for you to relax in the heart of London. Located directly above the 5 Star, St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, this prestigious building is ideally located for transport and tourist attractions.

From the private lobby of St Pancras Chambers, both the lift and the spectacular Gothic staircase take you to the fifth floor, leading you onto the vast corridor that takes you to the apartment entrance.

The apartment has 2 spacious BEDROOMS and two hotel grade bathrooms, split over 3 floors. The master bedroom has it's own spacious en-suite bathroom, whilst the mezzanine level bedroom & second bedroom share the large main bathroom.

The apartment boasts a fully fitted KITCHEN and a comfortable living room, ideal for entertaining the family. The mezzanine level benefits from natural light making it a great place from which to sit and enjoy a freshly made morning coffee.

Whilst guests with children are most welcome please bear in mind the internal stairs are not suitable for the very young.

The apartment benefits from being south facing and is also extremely quiet. You will have access to 1G wireless Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
