When reserving this apartment for four (4) people the booking fees include the linens & towels (2 per person = 8 towels) for the king size and double beds in each of the bedrooms.

If you require three (3) separate beds for the 4 people staying in the apartment (both bedroom, king size & double beds + sofa bed) then there will be an additional fee to pay for the 3rd bed linens.

If you are five (5) people we provide 3 beds, (including both bedrooms & sofa bed) et al. Please ask for details before booking. I’ll be delighted to clarify as I do not want to frustrate.

The apartment provides many essential items to ensure you have a hassle free start to your stay. Do remember this is a self-catering apartment. My approach is providing you, the guest, with the freedom you require to fully enjoy your stay. In advance of your arrival I will provide you with a ‘welcome pack’ that sets our contact details and what you need to know about the apartment when you arrive. On arrival either Maddy or I can meet you at the apartment, if requested. If you’d rather the privacy & intimacy to enter the apartment on your own we’ll respect your request. After you’d checked in please do contact us via text or what’s app message to confirm all is well or ask any initial questions. During your stay do contact us at any time if you have any questions. On the morning of check out please let yourselves out and leave the keys in the safe.

Jose & co. recently stayed in my self contained apartment. They were great guests to host, were really easy to communicate with and they really made great use of my apartment. I rented, as always, the entire apartment out to them. They looked after it, all its content and returned it as they found it. A host can ask for no more. Why can't I call Andrew (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andrew (the owner) a message.

If Andrew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
