This characterful one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is on the first floor of an attractive Victorian property.

It is conveniently located in the heart of vibrant North London close to many popular areas such as Hampstead, Camden, Swiss Cottage, St John’s Wood, Belsize Park and Maida Vale. It has good transport links with trains taking ten minutes into London’s Euston station.

The well-balanced accommodation includes high ceilings and wooden floors throughout. Beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows flood the home with natural light and the flat has the added feature of original Juliet balconies.

It is on the first floor of a row of Victorian buildings with retail premises underneath. Currently there is a hairdresser below with a lovely artisan bakery next door.

The property has recently been refurbished and features a bright lounge with an eclectic mix of colourful art work, super-stylish furniture and large window. This leads into the eat-in kitchen which is well-equipped for self-catering and has a small table for dining.

The bedroom has a king-size bed and plenty of storage. The television is located in this room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower unit with rainfall shower as well as hand-held attachment. There is also good storage space.

The apartment is perfect for a single guest or couple wishing to explore all the amenities North London has to offer.

The Location

The property is situated on a road which runs between West Hampstead and Edgware Road, Maida Vale. It is located close to the overground stations of Kilburn High Road and South Hampstead where direct trains take you to Euston in 10 minutes. Kilburn underground station on the Jubilee line is approximately 15 minutes walk and nearby are all the amenities, shops and cafes of Kilburn High Road. The area is a cosmopolitan, buzzing neighbourhood within walking distance or a bus ride of the famous Abbey Road studios, Swiss Cottage, St. John's Wood, West Hampstead and Camden.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
