A warm welcome to the Stables and Hayloft, a self-catering barn conversion holiday home, near the historic market town of Ledbury in glorious Herefordshire.
Surrounded by apple and cherry orchards, vineyards and arable fields, the two-storey building has been converted to a high specification. It retains many original features with an added layer of luxury.
The Stables and Hayloft overlooks the Hop Kilns gardens and duck pond and beautiful Herefordshire countryside. The accommodation comprises downstairs a hallway, (super king size) bedroom and spacious bathroom with separate free standing bath. Upstairs there is an open plan kitchen, dining table and comfortable living area with bifold doors onto an oak and glass balcony.
There is a wall-mounted TV, unlimited 4G WiFi and bluetooth music system.
We provide you with Champagne and a range of locally sourced breakfast produce to welcome you on arrival.
Have a wander around the garden to the duck ponds and see the moorhens, pick fruit in the paddock and enjoy spring blossom or autumn berries. Explore the nearby countryside on foot, via footpaths and rights of way which take you down to the river Leadon, where kingfishers nest and there are views of the spectacular viaduct.
There is a personal parking space beside the Stables and Hayloft. Sorry no pets or additional guests and no smoking anywhere on the property.

- How do damage deposits work?
In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

- How do I edit my booking?
You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Amanda (the owner) a message.
If Amanda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
