"Lovely Accommodation and Setting"
Well kept accommodation in a great setting. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, and the little touches of dressing gowns and biscuits on arrival were really appreciated. Although the accommodation is in the grounds of the owner's house it is really quite private, with it's own outdoor seating and garden area which was especially nice in the rare UK heatwave! The road outside was quite busy but due to the enclosing walls and gates this didn't really bother us. The accommodation had everything we could think of including a very well equipped kitchen, and the overall layout was perfectly sized for 2 people. We cooked in the property most evenings and found pretty much everything we needed to make some decent meals. The location is ideal for either relaxing or exploring - a 5 minute walk over the golf course takes you to a scenic and quiet beach (we were lucky enough to see the seals one evening), and from here it's not far along to the harbour at Lower Largo. The nearby farm shop is very well stocked, and there are also some small shops in Lundin Links. Nearby Leven also has a large supermarket for general supplies. A 30 minute drive will get you to most of the lovely fishing villages on the coast, and also up to St Andrews. We would definitely return if we were to holiday in this location again.

What a gem of a place. Lovely furnishings, beautiful gardens, very clean and everything you need for a holiday home including lots of local information. I am partially disabled and it was easy to move around on one level. The owners are very friendly and helpful too. I'd like to keep Sunnybraes for myself really and not tell anyone else how perfect it is.

A real home from home, very clean and well equipped, The owner couldn't have been more helpful and the location is superb. We had travelled nearly 400 miles to attend a wedding in the area and only stayed for 2 nights, but will definitely try to return in the future.

"Everything we hoped for and more"
This cottage was everything we hoped for and more. The exterior and interior is gorgeous and it made our St Andrews trip fabulous. We loved the automatic security gates and the stress free parking it gave us as golfers leaving equipment in an untended car The spacious gardens and views out to sea add to the house a feeling of finding your Shangri-La. The bathroom, Kitchen lounge and bedroom in this cottage are amazing so well fitted and equipped with all you need I loved the fact that every thing is catered for from TV’s (Lounge and Bedroom) DVD’s Books, and board games for a rainy day and of course free WI FI central heating and clean linen meant your holiday was a turn key holiday in a box all you had to do was turn up and open the door A Real A-Ha! Moment and a private terrace should you like to dine Al Fresco The cottage is blissfully perfect after a day of outdoor sports or walking.

This is an amazing cottage. Beautiful setting, modern but cozy, well equipped and a fabulous base to see Eastern Scotland. The cosy bed and lovely linens that made it hard to get up in the morning was only one of the perks. The lovely welcome basket provided everything I needed to get off to a fine start. A friend from Canada was in Scotland at the same time and joined me for 2 days and has been raving all over Facebook about my little retreat! My endless thanks to Elle and Mike for all their help and terrific hospitality. They did ever so much to make my stay so wonderful, and for that I'll be forever grateful!

"The perfect romantic getaway"
This charming lodge has everything you could possibly want - real 5 star luxury and nothing missed out, It is furnished to the highest standard and a welcome pack of essentials was provided for us. We dined out every night going to the Lundin Links Hotel, The Crusoe, The Manor House and the Upper Largo Hotel and we also had breakfast a couple of times at the Blacketyside Farm Shop which is just a mile from the lodge. Perfect for long walks along the beach which you can access from a gate on the property. Great location for touring around the east neuk of Fife - we visited Scotland's Secret Bunker which was fascinating as well. Thank you so much Eleanor - your lodge is a perfect place for a romantic break away xxx
