Sea Breeze is perfectly located. Guests can enjoy the peace of the quiet leafy street yet with just a few minutes gentle stroll away are the varied shops, restaurants and bars of Falmouth Harbour. Sea Breeze sleeps up to 4 in two bedrooms and has parking for 2 cars.

This fabulous holiday house was built just a few years ago and therefore benefits from all the modern conveniences you would expect. This is a real home from home with high quality furnishings and a wonderful restful feel. Downstairs is completely open plan with a light living area with deep leather seating, Smart TV with DVD player and dining table and chairs. There is also a quiet corner with a desk – WiFi is provided. The smart modern kitchen is well-equipped with granite work tops, electric oven and hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer and even a wine fridge. Also on this floor is a convenient WC cloakroom.

Outside there is a private enclosed garden with seating on the patio accessed via patio doors and parking for two cars at the front of the property.

Stairs lead up to the first floor with its modern family bathroom, the large bath with power shower is ideal for washing off the sand after a day at the beach before heading into town to enjoy some of that fresh seafood!

At the end of the evening the comfortable master bedroom with king size bed will ensure a good nights sleep, overlooking the rear of the property with its garden and with plenty of storage space.

The second bedroom had twin single beds and another wardrobe.

One well behaved dog is welcome at Sea Breeze

The station is also a short walk away making Sea Breeze an ideal choice if you are travelling without a car. A short stroll away is Events Square which is home to the National Maritime Museum Cornwall and Rick Stein’s renowned fish and chip restaurant. Pendennis Castle is an enjoyable walk from the apartment where you can take in St Anthony’s Lighthouse, St Mawes & the Lizard. The family friendly Gyllyngvase beach is just half a mile away where surfboards, paddle boards and kayaks can all be hired.
