Located in a prime position at the ever-popular Packet Quays development, Morning Tide is a 3 bedroom apartment with the most amazing views across all of Falmouth harbour with reserved parking.

This modern ground floor property has a stunning bay window right on the water that is too exciting not to talk about first! Offering incredible panoramic views across Falmouth Bay and the harbour. You’ll be able to sit and watch everything from pleasure cruises to fishing boats and ferries wending their way gently across the water.

The open plan living and dining area is laid out to make the most of the light space and views. Throw open the windows and relax on the huge corner sofa and you’ll enjoy a gentle cooling breeze that refreshes and invigorates.

The modern kitchen has everything you need, including an electric oven and hob. There’s also a dishwasher, so you can spend less time tidying up, and more time relaxing and enjoying yourself. There’s a large fridge and freezer, and washing machine.

Falmouth has plenty of places from which you can buy fresh local produce so why not gather around the dining table and enjoy a family meal?

The master bedroom boasts more of those stunning views, a comfy king-size bed and solid wood furniture. A wardrobe, chest of drawers, and twin bedside tables provide all the storage you could need. The ensuite bathroom has a relaxing bath with shower over, WC and basin. This is a wonderful room to wake up in!

The second bedroom has a double bed and is decorated in a nautical style, lucky guests can fall asleep to the sound of the water and wake up to the sights of the harbour.

Bedroom three has twin single beds.

The family bathroom features a walk in shower, WC, basin and a heated towel rail to keep you warm as you step out of the shower.

Falmouth has strong transport links with Truro, from where you can catch further trains and buses deeper into Cornwall. Guests staying at Morning Tide also benefit from the use of an allocated parking space making it even easier for you to get out and about and truly explore this amazing county.
