From the manager

Captain Upton’s has been recently transformed into a charming central Falmouth holiday home set over 3 floors and now offers luxury accommodation for up to 4 lucky guests.

Tucked away in a peaceful courtyard guests arrive to the newly installed kitchen with its solid oak floors and doors which give this room a cosy cottage feel.

The kitchen offers everything you would need to prepare a sumptuous meal in style, equipped with a range cooker and full height fridge freezer along with a dishwasher. The house is full of interesting artefacts such as the large dining table with industrial base and fisherman’s lights.

If the sun shines why not take your breakfast out into the large courtyard? Located at the rear of the property and full of tropical planting there is also a patio table and chairs for al-fresco dining.

On this floor you will also find a handy WC and shower room – ideal after a day at the beach or on the water!

The first floor living room is spacious and decorated with a nautical theme. The large blue sofa invites you to kick back and relax or perhaps snuggle into one of the armchairs with a good book and the sound of the seagulls.

WiFi, a TV are provided for entertainment though you may choose to venture up to the second floor and take a seat in the window to enjoy the ever changing vista of Falmouth Harbour. Reached via a ladder this little area offers glimpses of boats of all shapes and sizes.

Also on the third floor are the 2 bedrooms, the grand master bedroom features oak panelling and a wrought iron king size bed while bedroom 2 has twin single beds both feature the very best quality bed linen.

The stunning bathroom on this floor has a large walk in shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

Please note that because of the age of the house Captain Upton's is not suitable for toddlers.

Captain Upton’s is located in the very heart of Falmouth town yet hidden aware down one of the harbour many passageways.

Wander from your holiday door and within seconds you will find yourself looking out across one of Cornwall's largest harbours. Within walking distance is the National Maritime Museum and a wide choice of restaurants. The owners have an arrangement

Whether you choose to explore the boutique shops and galleries or enjoy a boat trip on one of the many ferries Falmouth will provide and enchanting holiday with Captain Upton’s offering modern style with character.

This property comes with an allocated parking space in nearby New Street - less than 5 minutes walk from the door. A real bonus for town centre properties!
