This first floor 2 bedroom apartment is located a short walk from the city's bustling bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. The railway station is also just a short walk away.

The apartment is ideal for business travellers, city centre shopping, great nightlife and Chester races.

The apartment has two comfortable double bedrooms, newly fitted open plan kitchen/living area and newly fitted bathroom.

The living area has a double sofa together with a double sofa bed should this be required. The Living area also has a large wall mounted flat screen smart TV.

The two double bedrooms each have a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, dressing table/work area, wardrobe and drawers. Hotel style bedding and towels are provided and professionally laundered by our housekeeping team to give the apartment a real feeling of luxury.

The Kitchen area is fully fitted and complete with, Microwave oven, cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans together with plates, cutlery and glasses. Should you choose to cook or just have a leisurely drink.

A high chair and cot are available at request.

The apartment also benefits from fibre optic broadband.

The apartment is located a short stroll from the railway station and city centre. it is only a stones throw from the new flagship Waitrose store where you can stock up on any essentials you require.

A private off street parking space is available upon request with is apartment. The parking space is around a minute's walk from the apartment. Parking is also available free in some of the streets surounding the apartment and there is also a small pay and display car park close to the apartment offering free parking after 5pm and only 20p for up to two hours or £3 all day.

Chester Race Course is around a 20 minute walk from the apartment either through the city with its bustling bars, restaurants, shops and cafes or around the city walls with their picturesque views of the city's architecture and river.

This apartment is ideal for both business and leisure travel due to its proximity to the city centre. It is only a 10 minute drive to Chester Zoo or 15 minutes to Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Village with its many designer outlet stores, restaurants, cinema and Blue Planet Aquarium. These attractions can also be easy and quickly reached using public transport with Chester zoo only about a 30 minuite journey door to door using local a bus service.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Amy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
