private garden, next to our Motor House apartment (which is alo available to let). It is available on a standalone basis or as an additional bedroom to the Motor House.
The summer house has one single bed and one pull-out bed, and sleeps two (adults or children).
It is fully insulated and has its own electric supply, with a
mains water tap close by outside.
A new annex, recently built, en-suite , shower , basin and toilet,heated towel rail,
. A heater , microwave and kettle are also provided
for guesst use.

If Avril (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
