“Lovely cottage with beautiful views..” The cottage is easy to find in day light, if you are new to the area in the evenings it might be slightly difficult to find the place as the sign for the house was not be visible so when you go into the road, mak
The flat was in a great location near to everything and Oban was great, Parking was a nightmare in all of Oban, but a good selling point for the owner would be a permit for the renters which other peo… More
Hi Tom. Many thanks for your review. All taken on board. Unfortunately the council will not issue parking permits for us to use for guests, so for the moment all we can do is direct people to the closest free parking, which sometimes can be busy. Will deal with all points raised this week. Thanks again.
“Home from home” The owners were very helpful. The cottage is in lovely location. The cottage has everything you need and very clean. I would definitely recommend this cottage to friends and family. And will definitely return again soon..

I suppose there are always guests that leave a bitter 'after-taste' and these guys (having booked for four and arriving with seven) were the runner up for 'least favourite guests' for 2016.
As for the property: The kitchen and family bathroom have had a total refurb in early 2017 (see photo). A large new fridge, dishwasher and indution hob have been installed to make your stay even more comfortable. In addition we installed a new boiler for the property, ensuring hot water and heating continue to work a treat throughout the house, making it cosy and comfortable throughout the year.
We invite anyone to read further reviews on other popular booking sites as this one does by no means reflect the true character of the property.
“Perfect stay in Oban” We had a great time staying here. The house is spotlessly clean and has everything you would want in a holiday home from home. The owner Veronica is very helpful and never far away should you need anything. Will definately look t

Hi Carol - sorry you had some issues with the wear and tear in the lodge after a busy holiday season. We are only 3 star and don't pretend to be 'fabulous' - we aim to offer a good value for money, comfortable and homely base for a family holiday in Oban. We do all our maintenance in the winter ready for next Spring, but with 22 properties it takes a while to get around them all. I am glad you enjoyed your meal in the Barn Bar - it is a great facility for Cologin residents.
“Excellent, beautiful, calm and tranquil and beautiful house and surroundings” Amazing cottage, excellent build and quality and the most serene and calming surroundings. Just what was needed. Clean, modern and well planned / thought out layout. Couple

Thanks for your full and wonderful review. It will be a pleasure to welcome you back next year to enjoy some energetic outdoor activities balanced with the restful relaxation on offer at Seabank.
The cycle path goes from Oban to Ballachulish and as you say there is no need to cycle on the main road making it is perfect for families with young children.
I'm glad you mentioned the coffee machine...this is nearly as important as a hot tub when choosing a holiday cottage!!
See you next summer,
