“Great holiday away from home” My wife and I stayed at 76 Millendreath Villa between December 21-28 with our 3 children aged 9,6 & 2.The apartment was great with all modern interior design/appliances.Having the sky Q box with free WiFi was a bonus and kept the kids entertained throughout Generally everything was as expected,however only issue we had was moulds,dust,spider webs around the apartment which was a bit of a concern as our son suffers with asthma.My wife managed to do a bit of a deep clean of the whole apartment as it appeared it wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival.For the duration of our stay we spent around £25 on electricity which was largely due to having the heating on for most part of the day. Due to the weather and Covid restrictions we were not able to fully explore the local area but managed to pop into Plymouth for some retail therapy,restaurants,supermarkets.Some of the takeaway menus in the apartment came handy as we were able to order takeaways on the days we could be bothered to cook.A delivery service was offered. Despite the general concerns on tidiness/cleanliness of the apartment,we were most appreciative of the communication we had with the owner(Louise) from day of booking right through our stay. The kids had a lovely Christmas away from home and we already looking to rebook for August 2021 holidays at the request of our kids specifically which hopefully will allow them to explore the local area and spend some time at the beach which is literally less than 5 min walk from the apartment.

“Wonderful!!” We booked the Sea Salt holiday apartment late Feb 18 . The apartment was perfect for our needs ( 2 adults and an 11 yr old boy ) . Firstly the view from the terrace is wonderful! Looking straight out over the sea and a lovely Cornish cove. The apartment is clean, very well equipped and there is every conceivable item to make your holiday perfect. We were also very lucky with the weather with hours spent walking along the coastline with hardly a cloud in the sky. Both myself and my son got slightly sunburnt in Feb!! You will need a car and there’s numerous steps up to the apartment but the height gained gives you the gorgeous views of the sea . The only slight issue is that of doggie odour from previous occupants pets ( we don’t have a dog) however I guess this is unavoidable given the pet friendly accommodation and the sea being about 50 metres away. There are air fresheners in place to reduce this Overall 5/5 and will definitely return again

“Great holiday” Great villa with great amenities and Karens information pack was superb. Great walks for the dog. Looe superb and the fish and chips at the coddy shack to die for. You need a good set of lungs and walking shoes for the steep hills but we'll worthwhile the effort.
