“Perfect little get away in a quiet, peaceful area” I booked this cottage for a short break for myself, my husband and two dogs. We were greeted by Leah on arrival. The cottage was immacutely clean and had everything you would possibly need for a couple staying here. We had milk, biscuits, tea and coffee waiting and even a bar of doggy choc for my dogs. The field opposite the house was a perfect place to let the dogs have a run. nothing was any trouble. I couldn't work out how to use the cooker and the owner came straight over and showed me. We celebrated our anniversary while there, and the owners gave us wine and a card, which was a lovely gesture. The cottage isnt overlooked by anything other than countryside. The one and only downside is there is no pub nearby, but as we were still in lockdown so couldn't have gone inside a pub anyway, didn't really affect us at this time. We loved our relaxing stay and would definetely recommend it to other couples looking for a peaceful break.
