“Beautiful views, very relaxing.” Managing the drive was fun, however the view was worth the climb. Lesley had though of everything by way of supplies. House was very clean although a bit tired as it was the end of season and as Lesley explained there was a lot of upgrading about to be done. A very homely, relaxing house with stunning views as we had our meals at the table. Good sized double room with loads of hangers. Thank you!!! My pet hate are hotels and holiday homes with 4 hangers!! The single room I would honestly say it is mostly suitable for a child as it is very small. Everything supplied in the bathroom and always hot water. Loved the completely free range chickens, geese, cats and cheeky Goosy!! A car/bikes are really required as there is nowhere to walk to. “Beautiful comfortable house with everything you need.” Helenslea is a large comfortable house with the most fantastic view of the Clyde. 12 of us spent NEw YEar 2013 here. It is perfect to access walks and any outdoor activities you may choose or if you wish to relax in front of a log fire the spacious lounge Helenslea can accomadation this. The beds are comfortable and the towels are thick and fluffy. I would definitely stay here again.

“Fantastic Break” The lodge was fantastic, immaculate and equiped to an extremely high standard. The location was great, with stunning views, peaceful and just what we needed for some R&R. Blackwaterfoot beach was a short walk away and Brodick ferry terminal was an easy drive away. Allan was great to deal with and gave easy to follow instructions to find the property. Although this was our first visit to Arran, it certainly won't be the last and we wouldn't stay anywhere else.
