“Lovely cottage in Skye” Wonderful cottage. Cosy and well equipped. Unbelievable views. We just sat with binoculars looking at the bay and even spotted dolphins. Would definitely recommend!

“Superb in every way” Left home in north wales with a foot of snow on the ground. Got to Lusta Cottage with only sunshine in sight. Cottage was clean, warm and cosy with views that changed every hour. Camera was overworked from the moment we arrived. The walk down by the stream via the waterfalls and along the shore took us straight to the Stein Inn. A most welcoming pub with good food, especially the fish. The location was everything we wanted and coming back each day to Lusta cottage from various sites around was always special and will live with us. We plan to go back and to advise others in our large family to book a week or two at Lusta. Thanks to Craig, Sue and Gail.

“Excellent stay on skye” Beautiful island very dramatic landscape. Excellent studio cottage just right for2 people and2 dogs. Garden was great with amazing views. The cottage vey comfortable and well equipped. We will definitely be going there again.

“Home from home but with a great view.” The house is very well equipped and maintained in all aspects and spotlessly clean. There are lovely views from all the windows. It is very convenient for the town but beware of the uphill walk home! We loved Tobermory, there are plenty of good places to eat, and lots of walks and wildlife to enjoy.

“Perfect and tranquil.” This house lived up to the fantastic photos and more. We have friends on the island so knew our way around but wanted to experience some winter isolation with other family members new to the island. It broke all expectations in a fantastic way. The open plan living is fantastic for watching wildlife and the weather and we spent hours doing it. If you love wildlife and peace and tranquility then this is the place for you. Just glorious.

“perfect cottage” We had a wonderful stay (14 days) with three kids and a small dog. The cottage is well furnished, has got a good room layout, comfy beds, the luxury of a bathroom and a shower room and a well equipped spacious kitchen.We could not think of anything missing. Everything was very clean. The cows were much loved by our kids. On our last stay on Lewis we had accommodation far off a mayor road, this was a good contrast as Stornoway is well located for various explorations.

“Beautiful cosy cottage with spectacular views” A beautiful, cosy cottage in an idyllic spot with amazing views of the sea loch and mountains. Clean air, peace and quiet and wildlife. After a recent refurbishment the property is immaculate and the addition of underfloor heating makes it all the more comfortable. We always receive a warm welcome - this is our 5th visit and we are looking to next time already! Thank you for a lovely week.

“A magnificent location with an unrivalled view across Tobermory Bay.” We chose this cottage becuase of its position overlooking the bay and harbour at Tobermory and it didn't disappoint. The bedrooms are upstairs which enables one to get the best out of it. Parking is at the front of the property and there is even a garden overlooking the bay and this was a real bonus in fine weather.

“Absolute home from home experience provided by a lovely couple.” The property was in excellent order throughout, well equipped and it felt like a real home from arrival to departure. Ken & Isobel have thought of absolutely everything and it is so clear the great pride they take in the service provided.
