“Amazing holiday” The house was amazing and had so much space for 4 adults 2 year old and a small dog and to be right on the beach was brilliant especially with a toddler and a little dog. We felt we had a lovely week in luxury and definitely want to return. Highly recommend.

“This place is absolutely stunning !” We had the most relaxing break we have ever had. The nest was absolutely spotless, sofa and bed were extremely comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. The views are so beautiful we didn't feel the need to venture out much. We did have some leisurely strolls along the beach which was just perfect for us. Our only disappointment was that we had only booked a three night stay and neither of us wanted to leave ! We loved it so much that one week after our return we have booked a longer stay for next year !! Roll on 2019 !

“A VERY COMFORTABLE STAY” Ozzie ( our dog) loved the beach. It was close to amenities and had everything that we needed. A perfect location for visiting the coastline.

“Wow what an amazing house in a prime location” We stayed at The Gables in Oct, we were greeted on arrival by Mandy the lovely housekeeper who showed us around. The house is huge and absolutely beautifully equipped , no expense has been spared. Every thing was catered for even down to an egg cup. There is a well stocked CoOp in town and a small shop in walking distance.The hot tub was a hit even in October but then the weather was very kind to us . Over the garden wall is the fantastic beach and behind the house views of the Snowdonia National Park what more could you want , we will definitely be visiting again. Thank you

“A wonderful holiday location” Ideal holiday accommodation for a three generational family consisting of six adults and four children, on the sea front and on the Wales Coastal Path. Stunning coastal view to the south and to the west. The Lleyn Peninsula and Snowdonia National Park on the doorstep so many activities to choose from to keep all the family happy. The house is well equipped. There is enough room for everyone to be given space during the inevitable rough and wet weather which keeps all but the foolhardy indoors.

“Girls weekend” What a gem of a place this is. Excellent location right on the sea front with spectacular views. Had a party of 15 in the property for the weekend and we all absolutely loved our stay in this amazing spacious place. The owners have thought of everything that you could need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Would definately recommend this place to anyone, it has something for every memeber of a large group. Will definately be going back in the future.

“Perfect” Managed to get a much needed 3 nights at Gest Oren. The old chapel is well equipped with everything you need. Take your own towels and a bath mat. Close to the beach and overlooking the golf course which is also nice to walk around in the evening. The chip shop is close by and is lovely also close to a shop for anything you need. We found the food at tafarn Glanaber very good and reasonable. A tip for you is put a couple of £ in the meter and see how you get on, I put £15 and left with over £9 when leaving. We will stay again and enjoyed our break away in Morfa Bychan.

“Perfect peaceful sunny holiday let with glorious views” Set right on the waters edge of the Menai Strait with a superb sunny westerly aspect. What more could you want. The property is very well equipped and extremely comfortable so long as you are happy with stairs. It's a three story house with kitchen and lounge on the top floor plus a balcony offering a wonderful sunny, peaceful place to sit and admire the view. We were blessed with great weather and enjoyed alfresco dining every evening watching the sun set. What could be nicer. Very few restaurants could offer such a lovely dining experience. Y Felinheli has a very good situation being convenient for Snowdonia and Anglesey and has all you need in close proximity. A final point. You couldn't book a holiday home from a nicer person than Carol the owner. We would recommend this holiday home very highly.

“Good quality big and comfortable house” The house had everything we needed. Very spacious and very clean, comfortable beds and good quality bed-lined and towels. Big fridge and freezer. Lots of outdoor space and great BBQ. Putting green is a lot of fun, but you need plenty of balls since it is adjacent to the pools! Seperate bar area is great and we enjoyed the pool table.

“Just perfect” We booked No 3 Mawddach for a family weekend with 18 of us with ages from 7 - 80, it was perfect, plenty of room inside and out for all to enjoy. The children enjoyed crabbing (supervised) and wandering freely on the hill at the back following the sheep and lambs around. The adults had plenty of room to talk, weather/water watch, read, and generally relax. There is also good wifi. The kitchen area is probably the best I have seen (including my own!) and has absolutely EVERYTHING you could want and more and it is all top quality, there are 2 dishwashers, a huge fridge/freezer and the hit of the weekend for the children.... an automatic ice dispenser! My only slight niggle was no microwave, but that is only because I use one to reheat my half finished coffee, no-one else missed it! The bedrooms are all big, with big comfy beds, feather duvets with lovely white linen and towels and we didn't even notice that they weren't en-suite, in fact the rooms would be spoilt by trying to add them. Bethany and Mark provide family games, fishing rods, dvds, 2 large screen tvs and lots of information as well making you feel that nothing is too much trouble. All in all I could not recommend No 3 too highly and we are hoping to return soon.
