“Wow what an amazing house in a prime location” We stayed at The Gables in Oct, we were greeted on arrival by Mandy the lovely housekeeper who showed us around. The house is huge and absolutely beautifully equipped , no expense has been spared. Every thing was catered for even down to an egg cup. There is a well stocked CoOp in town and a small shop in walking distance. The hot tub was a hit even in October but then the weather was very kind to us . Over the garden wall is the fantastic beach and behind the house views of the Snowdonia National Park what more could you want , we will definitely be visiting again. Thank you

“A wonderful holiday location” Ideal holiday accommodation for a three generational family consisting of six adults and four children, on the sea front and on the Wales Coastal Path. Stunning coastal view to the south and to the west. The Lleyn Peninsula and Snowdonia National Park on the doorstep so many activities to choose from to keep all the family happy. The house is well equipped. There is enough room for everyone to be given space during the inevitable rough and wet weather which keeps all but the foolhardy indoors.

“Excellent weekend stay” Just back from a weekend stay. The chalet was clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was larger than expected with good size bedrooms and ample sitting room space. The site is well maintained and the play area was great for the children. It is in a great location to visit the many towns and villages of North Wales.

“Excellent” Had a fantastic stay, location was just what we wanted - very peaceful but not too far from all the attractions we wanted to visit. Owners are friendly and not intrusive. We even had freshly baked bread when we arrived, and as it was late they also provided some butter and eggs which was really appreciated. The cottage was beautiful and thoughtfully laid out, you have everything you need. It was so quiet I've never slept so well. Hot tub was amazing, you can see all of the stars at night and it's enclosed so you have privacy. It was missing a good view from the hot tub, shame you can't see over the surrounding fields from the tub, but you can see the sunset. Great base for walks and surprisingly easy to find the location using Google maps if you're driving. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

“Fantastic location, amazing accomodation, wonderful hosts!” My partner and I stayed for 1 week in October this year, we booked the holiday for a relaxing break. Upon arrival we had complimentary fresh eggs, fresh home made bread and a bottle of wine. The location is so peaceful and relaxing, the cottage was lovely and cosy, decorated tastefully and lovely and clean. The sauna and gym are great but the private hot tub was fantastic and became a daily treat which we miss so much since returning home. Our hosts Lliwen & Paul were lovely, so friendly and helpful and Lliwen so talented, they can't do enough for you and nothing is any trouble. I had forgotten my costume to go into the hot tub but Lliwen came to the rescue, needed help eating out and Lliwen came to the rescue, directions, information about activities, train times, viewings and information on property to buy... every time Lliwen was there to help and came to our aid. Snoopy the dog is lovely and friendly too. The cottage is ideally placed and only a stones throw away for something to do. We went on the Welsh Highland Railway from Caernarforn to Porth Madoch, went walking to nearby Aber Falls, visited Beaumaris, Conway, Anglesey, Bangor and even went viewing property to buy with Lliwens help. We certainly will be returning and can't thank Lliwen and Paul enough for the use of their amazing little palace and a wonderful relaxing break. Thank You !!!

“Perfect break” A fabulous week away, in a beautiful location. The apartment was clean, full of light, was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, a bathroom with shower, and a shower room off the master bedroom. The balcony offered stunning views of the Welsh hills, and sea views. The best thing about staying here was the thoughtful owner: a bottle of wine awaited us on arrival, and even an Easter egg for our 23 month old. Andrea, the owner, was keen to learn we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Our damage deposit was returned fully within 24hrs. The beach is very close, a local shop selling essentials is a five minute walk away, and plenty of opportunities to explore the peninsula. Thank you for a wonderful break: just what we all needed! We hope to return later in the year.
