“Tiny but well kept” Well organized and equipped, nicely decorated, perfectly located. Friendly landlady. Deposit was returned on afternoon of departure already. Steep staircase to bedrooms might be a problem to some guests (very young or elderly). Low doorways in upper floor can cause headache.

“Excellent” Came for my wife's birthday along with 12 others. We had a brilliant stay.its a great location if you want the beach/Rhyl. There is 2 pubs within 200 yards of the property.We had a very nice walk along the seafront and over the harbour bridge.i would definitely recommend this property.There is plenty of room for everyone.we will 100% be booking again. The owners are very nice too.

“Excellent” The correspondence was replied to quickly. The house is beautiful, all mod cons, clean, comfortable and great views. The photos don't do the house justice. We were a family of 10 , the house is so spacious we never felt crowded. Marc was really friendly and helpful. We will defiantly be returning.

“Brundell Cottage is like coming home its Magical xxxxxx” The first thing I have to say is this cottage is a home its beautiful its warm its magical I cannot tell you how lovely it is so you will have to see for yourself its a treasure. I stayed here with my sons and a family pet Baxter he loved it. We all loved it, I was very stressed with work etc and needed a break for the first time ever I got the relaxing holiday there is something about this cottage its like coming home its a lovely feeling. We saw the stars so bright at night no light pollution we went to Conwy fab, Anglesey fab, but the one thing was we had plans to visit restaurants on each night guess what we ate in every night we cooked laughed even had a power cut due to the weather for a few hours but candles were provided this cottage provides everything thank you Jean and Erik we will be back the birds were a pleasure to watch. The thought that has gone into the cottage providing everything and more don't take my word try it for yourself I even thought about not telling everyone I would love to keep this treasure to myself but honestly try it. Its like coming home to a home you want to be in magic xxx

“Excellent accommodation.” The Location is superb close to the pier and beach also the fish and chip shop plus the tram station. Also there are plenty of shops within a few minutes walk. The accommodation was very clean and warm on arrival. Very good views plus had message from owners to see if everything was ok. Sorry forgot to mention the local pub The Kings Head which is a very popular place serving good food and real ales.

“Excellent venue for family gathering” Wonderful, well equipped and cozy farmhouse; loads of space for everyone and a huge dining table that seats 14+ people. Setting is beautiful, quiet, but packed with wildlife to keep you amused while in the kitchen. Owner is ultra helpful if required and we are planning our next visit! I strongly recommend.

“Ideal location for a week away from home!!” The cottage was an ideal property for my wife and I. However, the hill in and out of town was quite challenging for us, as we are both senior citizens! We slept very soundly each and every night in the lovely beds. Great pubs and restaurants both in and around Conwy. Hickory Smokehouse in Rhos is a must!

“The perfect base for a wonderful holiday” Castle Reach is a delightful and extremely comfortable apartment, perfectly located for a holiday in Snowdonia, as the National Park starts practically at the end of the high street. You can leave the car and explore the area by foot/public transport, with the main bus stop just feet from the front door and the railway station a few yards up the road. Don't be put off by the fact that Castle Reach is opposite a pub on an 'A' road, as most through traffic by-passes the town: there is very little traffic indeed at night and we didn't notice any disturbance at all (and we do consider ourselves rather sensitive in this respect!). Conwy is a lovely, friendly town and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Castle Reach was the perfect base for a wonderful holiday.
