“The Wow Factor House” This house certainly has the wow factor - this is accommodation of the highest order. The location is within easy walking distance of both shores, shops and restaurants. Llandudno is a lovely Town, and is an ideal base for exploring the wonders of North Wales. Excellent off road parking, which would prove a bonus in the summer season. David and Amanda provided excellent support and information together with a very welcome pack of ‘goodies’. I have no hesitation in recommending this spacious townhouse.

“Delightful cottage” What a lovely way to spend Xmas in this delightful cottage. Cosy clean well equipped and very comfy beds. “Tiny but well kept” Well organized and equipped, nicely decorated, perfectly located. Friendly landlady. Deposit was returned on afternoon of departure already. Steep staircase to bedrooms might be a problem to some guests (very young or elderly). Low doorways in upper floor can cause headache.

“Comfort with delightful views” Very comfortable home. Lovely mix of old and new blended together very well . like the attention to detail, esp. quality blackout curtains. Having a good sleep on your holiday makes all the difference . Fantastic position for walking and amenities in the town .

“Overnight stay” The location as beautiful and just what we needed after a hard day in the mountains. The hot tub was a decent size and very relaxing the toilet facilities were very good. As for the hut itself, it was very comfortable and well equipped. We had a great stay.

“lovely stay in llandudno with friends” Lovely five bedroom house over three floors that I booked for myself and friends for my 50th,Spotlessly clean, towels provided ,two shower rooms ,hairdryers and an iron.Well equipped kitchen and spacious lounge and dining room, including a lovely welcome pack of champagne and biscuits. The host had left us milk, flowers and a Christmas tree!!The house is near to the Orme,shops,restuarants and plenty of parking spaces. Property was lovely and warm and very quiet which was fab ,The beach and prom are a very short walk away so perfect location. Very happy with our stay and would not hesitate to recommend ,thank you!

“Excellent” Came for my wife's birthday along with 12 others. We had a brilliant stay.its a great location if you want the beach/Rhyl. There is 2 pubs within 200 yards of the property.We had a very nice walk along the seafront and over the harbour bridge.i would definitely recommend this property.There is plenty of room for everyone.we will 100% be booking again. The owners are very nice too.

“great appartment” This is my second stay at one york house , I first stayed in May of this year. I'd found the accommodation by chance scanning the net . It is a great little apartment , it feels out of the way , but only a brisk 5 min walk and your into the town , and a short walk to the West Shore. The apartment is set out and furnished extremely well . Kitchen is a good size and has everything you need , a lovely large lounge, with plenty of seating for a small family , and the bedroom is very big ! And can't miss out the bathroom , with bath and shower , I love that shower !! No doubt I'll be booking again for next year , it's a great base for the North Wales area .

“Perfect place and location” This bungalow is amazing, very spacious. Just like other reviews the pictures does not do it justice. It was a great place for all my family to meet up and celebrate a few different occasions, 30th birthday,Easter and baby shower. Plenty of toys for our 4 grandchildren to play with. The weather was hot, so we all got to enjoy sitting in the garden. There was enough garden furniture for all to sit around. Bedrooms all had an en suite toilet and sink, two had showers and a very large wet room. The kitchen was well equipped enough to cook a roast Easter lunch for 13 people. Great location, minutes from the beach for the kids to play and minutes from 2 pubs for meals. Thanks Pat for a lovely stay.
