“Everyone in our party of 10 agreed - BHF was absolutely perfect” This year it was my turn to organise the annual reunion and I managed to find the gem that is BHF. It was by far the best venue yet. We had several barbecues on the patio in the blazing sunshine with the best views you could ask for, absolutely perfect. Better still it was the weekend of Fairford Airshow and we had a fantastic flyby from the Red Arrows... thanks for arranging that for us Peter and Linda ;)

“Stunning! Couldnt have asked for a better weekend!” The extravagant gated driveway and the long meander up to the house gives the feeling of what you are to expect upon arrival at Ewelme Manor. We were greeted with a gorgeous arrival gift of Champagne, strawberries and chocolates giving the sense that the owners truly welcomed us into their home and wishes us a pleasant stay. Every room within the house is perfectly decorated, in its own theme, with oodles of space for your party. There was never a sense of being uncomfortable during our stay. The house was completely fully furnished, even down to ice trays meaning that our party did not want for anything. We were completely taken care of. The outdoor heated pool and surrounding patio area was perfect for lazy days in the sunshine followed by BBQ’s and outdoor games, which took place away from the house with plenty of space for a game or two of rounders. The pool house containing cinema and wet room were an added surprise and were often frequented when things became too hectic and a sit down was needed. Everything we could of asked for 20 ladies to enjoy a fabulous weekend!! Thank you to the owners Stephen and Candida for all the personal touches, taking care of all of our requests and of course the gorgeous weather :o)

“Fantastic peaceful piece of heaven!” We arrived on the Friday night so it was dark, got inside the house one word WOW! In the morning the views from the balcony amazing peaceful beautiful place, grounds spa all beautiful, if you get a chance you must stay at this little piece of heaven!

“First class accommodation, location and definately recommend!” We went there for christmas to get away and have a peaceful and relaxing few days. It was first class, the most enjoyable christmas for a few years. What made it was everything really. We were made so welcome by Sarah and Matt, they couldnt have done any more for us. The accommodation is super, clean, comfortable and has absolutely everything from a can opener to washing machine, all the utensills you have at home! The barn was very warm and cosy and they even put up a christmas tree and lights, thank so so much! Only one thing that could have made it just a tiny bit more comfortable would have been another small two seater sofa but no big deal. The location is wonderful, rural, peaceful no pressure, no noise no hassle. Loved the duvet set that much, had to go and buy one when i got back lol! Well will we go back, that is the question? Dam right we will, if they will have us again! Really really great retreat, thank you both!

“Comfortable and convienient” We were warmly welcomed by Marciie and shown to our cottage. There was plenty of space, all the equipment we needed, a comfortable bed and chairs. Lots to do nearby, both walks and places of interest. Priced competitively for a property in this area, I would highly recommend.

“Beautiful, charming and contemporary cottage in a perfect location” We felt at home as soon as we walked through the door at this gorgeous cottage. The owners had provided a range of amenities to ensure our stay got off to a wonderful start. Every detail had been thought off and we felt very welcome. The cottage is beautiful and finished to a high spec. The location of the cottage is perfect to explore the Cotswolds. The cottage is just few minutes walk from the center of Bourton on the water, which is a lovely village filled with wonderful eateries and charm. We explored many villages near by too. We were on our first family holiday with our 1 year old daughter and we had such a wonderful time. There was something for all of us and we relaxed, ate ice cream and had fun! The cottage had a wonderful garden where we enjoyed spending the warm summer evenings. This is really a wonderful place to stay and we would highly recommend it!

“Absolutely Amazing” We stayed at Hook Cottage for my sons wedding weekend and it could not have been more perfect!!! The cottage is absolutely gorgeous and immaculate. We also loved the little sun trap of a court yard. Location is right in the heart of the village.

“Beautiful village” Sweet cottage in a village with lots to see. And in an area that is stunning. Quiet garden at the back, especially nice in the mornings for breakfasts. Few parking-places in the street outside, but good parking within a 300 meters distance. Recommended..

“Wow this place is amazing” We walk in and we all went WOW the house the view are just amazing, The bedrooms all have full length windows so you feel like you are on the lake from your bed, The spa is fantastic, we had a fantastic stay we went for my 50th with my 3 sons in there twenties and friends and we all want to go back it had everything you could want from a weekend away, we also went out for a great meal in a local restaurant too. A must go !
