    “Lovely, roomy farmhouse with great views” Rented the farmhouse for 4 nights with a group of friends - 7 adults and 2 children. It was large, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious with big beds. The Wi Fi was good. Stephanie was a pleasure to deal with and was prompt in answering all our queries. When i told her we would be arriving late in the night she kindly sent through photos of the roads and approach by the night - so we could locate the property very easily. The views from the farmhouse were amazing. And the children enjoyed looking at the sheep grazing in the farms. The wood burner was good and warmed the house. Would recommend the property

              “Wonderful, peaceful, great location” The lodge is in a beautiful location on the edge of the park, overlooking the river and is very quiet and private. We found the lodge very clean, well equipped and, just perfect. Great base for exploring the national parks and the Elan Valley. The wider park is beautiful, with lovely walks - and lots of rabbits, which were great fun to watch. We'll visit again.

                  “Amazing!!” We have just retuned from a fabulous week at Lily Pond Lodge. The lodge itself is in an idyllic setting, surrounded by beautiful hills. Inside it's cosy and warm with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was fantastic after a days walk. Debbie was a wonderful host and the treats in the lodge were a lovely touch as was the thank you bottle of wine on our last night. We would wholeheartedly recommend Lily Pond Lodge as a beautiful, romantic place to stay and relax. Our Springer Spaniel -Amber loved it too!

                          “Amazing stay” Wye Cottage is a beautiful converted barn situated just up the hill from Builth Wells. The location is stunning with views of the hills and countryside and the gardens to the cottage are vast and well maintained. The view from the hottub is second to none and the tub easily accommodates 6 people. We combined a relaxing stay with several outings, The Royal Mint was 1.5hrs away and Aberystwyth, on the coast, was just over 1 hr. There are plenty of walks near to the cottage itself which is also a must, just to appreciate the surrounding area. The cottage had all the amenities required and we ate in most evenings as there's a local Co-op in Builth Wells. All in all, a fantastic stay which we would all highly recommend.

                                        “Beautiful location” We stayed for the May bank holiday weekend and it was just what we needed. As a family of 5 I was worried we might be a bit cramped but the lodge is very well equipped and organised with still enough space and storage for our mountains of stuff that you need with a 6yr old, 4yr old & 7m old baby. The children enjoyed using the outdoor games provided while we relaxed on the decking. The location of the lodge is beautiful with the river passing right by yet still only a short drive to local amenities. Communication with the owner was responsive and detailed so we felt well prepared before we even arrived. A great lodge in a great location and we will definitely visit again!
