From the owner

Wye Cottage is one of two self catering cottages at Penrheol Farm located 1 and half miles from the town of Builth Wells in Mid Wales. Lovely long walks are accessible from the cottage. Close to the Royal Welsh Show Ground, Brecon Beacons, Hay On Wye, and the Elan Valley Dams. Coarse fishing lake half a mile away.

This lovely converted former farm barn has exposed wooden beams, sleeps up to 6 people, 3 bedrooms all with en suites one with bath and shower over, one wet room and one wet room that is accessible for the disabled person. An open plan living area that incorporates a fitted kitchen, dining area and seating area with a wood burner for those cosy nights in.

Patio doors lead to the patio area and your own private Hot Tub, with the most outstanding panoramic views. A large garden a BBQ, Fire Pit and table and chairs for alfesco dining. An outside play area for the children. A laundry room with washer dryer is available for the use of our guests. The cottage is disabled friendly.

How do damage deposits work?

If Claire (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
