“Beautiful house in a perfect location” This house has it all! From 3 bathrooms, kitchen with everything to the most comfortable super king bed in the master bedroom. Nice extra touches also like scones & wine on arrival, baby equipment, lots of games, beach towels etc. House is very close to the beach & although it doesn't have a each view, it's still a great location. Had a fabulous stay at Stay.

“Hayloft barn” Absolutely perfect in every way. This was by far the best place we have ever stayed in. It had absolutely everything we needed and Caroline and her family were very accommodating. The homemade cake and milk on arrival was very much appreciated and we will definitely be returning. *****

“The Stables at Stoneleigh Knowle Estate” Gorgeous converted Stables in a lovely quiet surroundings, rabbits visited us by day and bats at night, we even spotted a pheasant!! The cottage was very comfortable and very well equipped, spotlessly clean, the furnishing was well chosen and suited the beams and stone walls.The highlight of our kids holiday was a full sized table tennis table in the barn which kept them busy even in the evenings. there were lots of dvds, books, toys and games to keep younger children entertained and even some wellies for the rainy days!! Beach close by was amazing if you like surfing or rock pooling and the kite flyers had a great time too.

“Comfortable October stay.” Just came home from a week at the barns. We booked on a budget so wasn’t expecting much. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised with the barn. It was very clean and cosy and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The barn is a little damp and dated but we knew this from pictures and this didn’t put us off. There was everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and as it was cold while we were there it was lovely to have the log burner. The shower was powerful which was a god send after all the rain we had and having 3 soggy children at the end of the days to clean off. The storage heater in the living room didn’t work but again this wasn’t an issue as there was a fan heater supplied and I also brought us all blankets. The barn is so well situated for all the places we had planned on visiting. We would love to return in the future and we would definitely recommend to all. Thank you to the owner, this week is everything our family needed for a relaxing week together before lockdown.

“Mrs” We came here to celebrate our retirement with our three sons and their families - 12 of us! We had great time in Tumbles Lodge. The house is perfect in layout and the pool area allows you to watch the children swim whilst sitting in the lovely kitchen. Ray was so welcoming and we felt very much at home here. Thank you Ray and John we hope to come back soon.

“The best of both worlds - a quiet rural retreat with the sea still on your doorstep!” Lovely cottage. 10 mins by car to Widemouth beach and 15 mins to Bude. A great base to explore north Cornwall with the children. Bottle of fizz waiting for us on arrival which went down very well that night after our 8 hour drive :), a pint of milk would also have been very welcomed too! Rebecca was great at providing us details of where was good to eat and go with the kids etc. Only a little note to say that there was a child gate downstairs, but with our on the go toddler, a stair gate upstairs would have been handy! What was lovely though is the fact that the children could wander freely outside, as the cottage is one of only 3 on the whole estate. We had a very comfortable stay.
