"Perfect Holiday Accomodation"
Ideal location very close to the beach, cafes and shops but still quietly tucked away.
Lovely welcome from the owners, who were helpful and easy to deal with. Very clean, modern and comfortable with good facilities.
This was our first stay in this cottage but we hope to go back again soon.

"Perfect location for surfing at polzeath"
This cottage is in an ideal location for Polzeath beach. It is well equipped and although compact it has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. It is such a short walk to the beach and shops… More

"Ideal for a winter break with surfing in mind"
A well presented property, very clean, warm, cosy and with plenty of space for two adults.
The card, bottle of bubbly and chocolates were a really nice New Year Welcome Gift,
It was nice to meet the owner, Dominic, on arrival as his local knowledge was very useful.
A rail over the bath, purpose built, would be a good addition for hanging clean wet suits in winter, as hanging them on the outside line provided, after washing them in the outside shower, is not ideal. Also it may be worth considering replacement of washing machine with a washer/dryer combination for people staying longer than a week.
We really did have a good holiday and the property served us well!

"An absolute gem in perfect location"
We stayed in this absolute little gem of a place just over the road from the fabulous Polzeath surfing beach. We were just visiting friends in the area but checking that the place was somewhere we would like to return in better surfing weather. The place is compact but is very tastefully furnished, has a massive flatscreen TV and a well-equipped kitchen. All in all the location couldnt be better and we were very happy with the accommodation.
