CUDDEN VIEW COTTAGE has a private balcony with superb sea and coastal views, and Castle View Cottage, next door, has its own private garden, with spectacular views of St. Michael’s Mount and Mount's Bay. The cottages were refurbished to a high standard in 2007/08 but have kept their individual feel, with vaulted ceilings and light, airy rooms.
In order to take advantage of these views, the cottages have been arranged with sleeping accommodation downstairs and living rooms on the first floor.

The West Country / Cornwall region
The West Cornwall area is a premier holiday destination and offers something for everyone. Take your time to relax and bask in the sunshine, enjoying many of the golden beaches that adorn the West Cornwall coastline or take a relaxing walk through the lush moorland or a more energetic hike through the clifftops which will give you access to amazing scenery and you may be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of dolphins playing in the Ocean.
Picturesque villages dot this area and there is always something happening in the summer months that range from local festivals to outdoor activities. There is an abundance of culture, heritage and spirit in this area. Marazion lies on the coast of Mount's Bay and is an ideal destination for any holidaymaker. The golden sandy beaches are perfect for families and the ocean is clear and warm.
The town itself is thriving and offers a good array of local shops, pubs and restaurants.
This location is a great base for touring and exploring the whole of west Cornwall, and is perfect for cycling or walking holidays (the cottage is right next to the South West Coast Path) and the local scenery is stunning.

FIRST FLOOR The fully fitted Kitchen features electric hob, grill and oven, separate microwave oven, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, cafetiere and toaster.
There is a Dining Area with dining table and chairs (highchair also available).
The Lounge area has comfortable seating for two, LCD TV with Freesat from Sky box, video recorder, DVD player, Radio/CD/MP3/USB player.
The Lounge leads through French doors to the private Balcony.
GROUND FLOOR Double Bedroom with king-size bed, built-in wardrobe/storage shelving, bedside tables and lamps.
Bathroom with corner bath, hand basin, w.c., separate electric shower unit in 800mm cubicle, mirror with twin-power shaver point and light, heated towel rail, electric fan heater.
Beneath the stairs is an Automatic Washer Dryer as well as hanging/storage space for coats, shoes etc.
Further details outdoors: The Lounge leads through French doors to the private Balcony with table and chairs, and spectacular views over Mount's Bay towards Cudden Point and the Lizard.
There is private off-road Parking for one car close to the cottage.

Electricity and water charges are included in the price, and all bedding and bed linen, tea towels, loo paper, cleaning and washing-up materials are provided at no extra cost.
Also included on request are cot, highchair and stair-gate. All you will need to bring with you are towels and cot bedding (if applicable).
Suitable for babies and toddlers.

Conditions
The prices per week range from £195 to £495, with Short Breaks starting at £130.
The cottages are let from Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am, and are available all year round, with short breaks available between November and March.
Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of the deposit, which is roughly 25% of the rental price. The balance is due eight weeks before the start of your holiday.
