The property is beachfront, and has  unobstructed spectacular sea views to The Mount - St. Michael's Mount - the beach and far reaching views over Mounts Bay – recently voted one of the most beautiful bays in the world - and the Lizard peninsular, from both inside, through the glass wall and picture windows and outside on the patio and balcony. Finished to the highest specification and fully loaded with quality appliances, a luxury bathroom with separate double rain power shower and Jacuzzi bath, solid oak flooring through out, a full SKY HD package with sports & movies, BT Infinity internet with Wi-Fi, a Bose docking station, a Roberts internet radio and a 4 poster bed . The open plan living room with luxury fitted kitchen is the centre of the house and revolves around the stunning wall of glass looking directly at the iconic St Michael's Mount. It is within 4 minutes direct access to the Blue Flag beach, dunes, & amenities. Activities include fishing, swimming, sailing, surfing and kite-surfing, cycling, walking or rambling and bird watching at Marazion Marsh RSPB Reserve , visits to Historic houses and enchanting gardens. It is a perfect escape for a honeymoon, romantic long weekends, retirement and OAP short breaks. There is something for everyone. The inviting waves rhythmically land onto the expansive, soft sand beach, in a moon shaped World Heritage bay, with dramatic cliffs and heather  and the majestic and magical castle standing proud. What better way to soothe away the stresses and strains of everyday life, stirring contrasts of both, zen and peace into body, souls, mind and spirits.

Renovated in 2008 this property has an extremely high standard of decor through out. Starting with washed solid oak flooring throughout the property

The property has a small garden at the front of the property facing St Michaels mount. This is extremely private and has been recently tiled. It has two longers and a dining table. Leading from the lounge area is a decked area which can accomodate the dining table, weather permitting. the is parking on the main street, however we supply a parking permit for the towns car park.

The property changeover day is normally Saturday, but we can be flexible, bookings permitted, and we offer an extended departure time 12pm. In coming guests can check in at 4pm.

The West Country area include the marvelous counties of Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset - enjoys a milder climate than much of England, and consequently Cornwall has long been a popular summer getaway.

Marazion is an ancient Market Town based in the far west of Cornwall.


Activities & amenities are on the doorstep,beautiful coastal walks in both directions, either to St Michael's Mount, Perranuthnoe and Praa Sands or Longrock and into Penzance. Further along is Mousehole, Porthcurno and the Minack Theatre and Land's End and across is Godrevy, Gwithian, Hayle and to Carbis Bay and St. Ives.

The historical old market town of Marazion has all amenities including convenience shop, Post Office, chemist, bakery, take away, cafes, clothes shop, several galleries, a museum, and 3 pubs providing meals, and 2 excellent restaurants,  one with amazing views and outside seating.
