This stunning property is in an outstanding position right on the edge of Plaidy beach. With panoramic sea views and direct access from the extensive deck on to the beach, this is a fantastic holiday home. On the ground floor is an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area houses a 42" flat screen TV with surround sound and DVD home cinema system. The dining area has a large dining table which comfortably seats 8 and there is a modern white kitchen area with breakfast bar with high stools for 6. Leading from the lounge diner are double doors through to a conservatory with comfortable seating, radio and ipod/iphone docking station and stunning views. From the conservatory there is access to the superb, decked area. There are large decks at two levels with garden furniture. A few steps from the deck lead to a paved area which gives access to steps on to the beach. Outside storage is provided for kayaks etc. The 180 degree views over the quiet beach and Looe Bay are truly stunning. Also on the ground floor is a twin room with bunk beds and 32 " flat screen TV and a shower room with basin, wc and walk-in shower. Upstairs are three lovely double rooms, all tastefully furnished and each with 32" flat screen TV. The two bedrooms at the front of the property both have king size beds, and patio doors leading to a shared balcony which runs the length of the building and has the same magnificent views. There is also a good sized bathroom with a large corner bath, basin and w.c.. The property has full gas central heating, wifi access and Freesat. All linen and towels are provided except beach towels.

This exceptional property is fully self contained but can also be rented with the adjoining property Shoreside. Shoreside was also renovated by the same owners to the same high standard and it is possible to connect the accommodation and the decking areas so that a party of up to 14 can enjoy the combined space. Please note mobile reception is poor in this area - O2, Vodafone and 3 are the best options.
