TUDOR LODGE is an open plan log cabin with one double bedroom, bathroom and open plan living space.Additional sleeping for 2 in living space.Pets are welcome and there is ample space in the gardens and fields for them to exercise. The bedroom with King size bed is south facing and has plenty of storage space. There is a shower room with wc and hand basin plus a heated towel rail. The living area is open plan with electric heating and large picture windows overlooking the garden and duckpond.There is a sofa bed which can sleep 2 and a 3 seater sofa, free WiFi, tv, dvd and fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave and electric cooker.French doors open onto a decking area; just the place to sit out and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the myriad of twinkling stars.The perfect spot for stargazers.

Linen and towels are provided.Electric and calor gas all inclusive.

The rear of the log cabin looks across open fields, with no habitation in sight. You have the freedom to walk and explore the whole 18 acres in which the cabin is set.Plenty of space to camp outside too.

OWL LODGE is a BARBECUE CABIN and is included in your holiday let. Enjoy cosy evenings around the fire. Relax in one of the hammocks swinging from the trees.

OWL LODGE our BBQ cabin is a 21st century version of the KOTA as used by the nomadic Sami people of northern Sweden,Finland,Norway and parts of Russia as a place to eat, live, entertain in. A truly authentic arctic structure with RHS award to its name, it has a hexagonal design with a central cooking/heating unit with ash pan.

From 1st June to 30th September the OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL is HEATED private and secluded.

if you want a car free holiday we can arrange for you to be collected at Liskeard railway station or Plymouth coach or railway station.

.Should you wish to use the cabin as a base for touring there are many interesting and picturesque places to visit eg. Polperro and Looe (approx.20 minutes drive),the Eden Project (45 mins), Fowey and Polruan, Cotehele, Mt Edgcumbe,Antony House, and Lanhydrock and of course the many lovely beaches dotted along the Cornish north and south coasts. There are many country pubs serving excellent food and drink in the locality .

Well behaved pets are welcome

Both tesco and asda can deliver your groceries so should you choose to order online we can be on hand to put them in the lodge ready for your arrival.

We live within the 18 acre site but not within sight of Tudor Lodge, which is not overlooked in any way. Guests have exclusive use of the outdoor heated swimming pool and of the separate BBQ cabin known as Owl Lodge. and of course free access to the surrounding gardens, fields and pond. We are on hand most of the time should any assistance be required, but otherwise we leave our guests to their peace and quiet and their privacy. Access to the property is via a single track metalled road There is a horse in the paddock. This country property has private drainage and there is an abundance of wildlife to be observed. The property will have undergone a complete deep clean prior to your arrival following government guidelines

Lovely lodge surrounded by beautiful countryside. Heated swimming pool exclusively for lodge guests. Added bonus of a bbq lodge. Would recommended for anyone wanting a relaxing retreat.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elizabeth (the owner) a message.

If Elizabeth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
