The Granary is a recently refurbished, one bedroom cottage with en-suite bathroom, living room, small kitchen and with large private garden for relaxing on warm evenings after returning from your days out.
The cottage has double bed and is fully centrally heated, has TV(Freeview) and en-suite shower. Car parking for one car is at the front of the main Bay House.
Situated on Upper High Street, Broadway, the cottage is minutes walk from the centre of Broadway, which comprises several restaurants, of high standard, pubs and shops. The cottages' location provides a peaceful retreat but very easy access to the main centre, walks up the upper high street and further to Broadway Tower.
Broadway is one of the most picturesque villages in England. It is also within easy reach of the rest of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham, Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Campden, Moreton-in-Marsh, Bourton-on-the-water and further to Warwick and Stratford.
The cottage is part of “Bay House” and sits behind “The Old House” and "the Old Grocery".
Access is via “Rams Passage” to the left of “Bay House”.
"The Old Grocery” served the village from the mid 1800’s through to the 1980s. The Granary was the original store house for the grocery and often stored barrels of Guinness. Unfortunately no longer!
The Granary has been lovingly refurbished to give you a very comfortable holiday. We look forward to your stay.

Property is on three levels. Entry is into the living room with steps down into a small kitchen comprising of sink and drainer, fridge(with freezer compartment), cooker, microwave and electric central heater.
Living room with wooden flooring and rug, has two seater leather settee and foot rest, table with two chairs, TV Freeview with combi DVD player. Central heating electirc radiator.
Carpeted stairs lead to mid-level landing giving access to en-suite bathroom (Shower). A further 4 steps up to double bedroom. The bedroom has hanging space for clothes, chest-of drawers, bedside cabinets and clock radio.

Parking is on the main road directly in front of Bay House.

The Central England/Cotswolds region
Broadway, Evesham is found just off the main A44 and can be approached from the south via Leamington Road (left of the A44). At the round-about in Broadway take the first left onto the upper high Street. The property is approx 150 meters on the right.
From the North via A46 and then A44. At round-about on A44 take 3rd exit onto B4632 (Evesham road). Continue on the main high street of Broadway until you reach the round-about at the far end. Take 2nd exit (straight on) . Bay House is found approx 150 metres on the right.
Broadway has several high quality (ranging in expense) restaurants (Broadway Hotel, The Swan, Russells, Lygon Arms Hotel to name some). In addition there are many cafes of a traditional nature serving very good food again at reasonable prices. The village also comprises an Indian restaurant, Italian restaurant, chip shop and further pubs (Crown and Trumpet and The Horse and Hound).
