The Coach House is a spacious luxurious one bedroom newly built apartment on a select estate on the edge of the village of Bourton on the Water, it is an ideal location for couples wanting a quiet relaxing break, but close enough to stroll to the beautiful riverside village with its enticing little shops and restaurants, a short stroll to the beautiful villages of lower and upper slaughter
It is an ideal base for touring the Cotswolds.

A beautifully decorated one bedroom apartment in co ordinating colours and fabrics, beautifully romantic bedroom and a contemporary fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower.
The coach house enjoys a sunny aspect, the spacious lounge/dining area has a sofa and lovely reading chair , there is an i pod/cd player with a selection of CD's a DVD player and wi fi and BT Vision the dining table comfortably seats four people. not overlooked at all, lovely and quiet.

The coach house is a ten minute level stroll into the village, where there are plenty of shops and places to eat. there is a lockable storage area for bikes etc
Conditions
20% of rental due at the time of booking to secure your stay. The balance to be paid 4 weeks before your arrival.
refundable breakages deposit of £50 required by arrival to be refunded within one week of your departure (subject to inspection)

Officially the largest Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in England, it isn’t hard to understand why the Cotswolds is known and loved by the English and foreign travellers alike.
The Bourton on the Water area
A stunning riverside village one of the prettiest in the cotswolds with many things to see and do, the model village (a perfect reproduction of Bourton on the Water) and motor museum along side the tropical bird sanctuary many quirky little shops and teashops and plenty of restaurants, beautiful walks and cycle rides with horse riding available to explore the cotswold countryside

Take junction 9 off the M5, and take the B4077 towards Stow on the wold, at stow turn right onto the A429 towards Bourton On the Water, at the signpost for Bourton industrial park, turn left (Beddome Way) then 1st right into Barnsley Way, follow the road around until you come to the coach house on your right hand side
