“Hidden Gem” Had a fantastic night away in this wee hidden gem,it doesn't look much from the outside but when you open that door WOW!! It is a stunning apartment,the decor is first class and it is spotlessly clean.The hot tub was the icing on the cake,it is very secluded and we had a lovely wee chilled night..will definitely be back for more.

“Nice wee house - village a bit dull” The Wee Hauf is a very well-equipped little house and the bedroom with French doors into lovely garden is a very attractive feature. Crossgates itself is rather drab and the area between it and Dunfermline is just a mass of new housing estates and retail parks, but for people with card it is an excellent base for the Fife coast, Edinburgh etc. I came by bus (with my wee dog!) and hoped for long country walks but it wasn't as rural as I had hoped. However there are a couple of nice footpaths away from the road. Fenella was an excellent helpful hostess.
