“Bliss” Great, not so little, Welsh cottage. Seven of us booked in for four nights, had a great time. Cozy cottage vibe, but enough room so that it never felt cramped. Everything you could want for a relaxing getaway, no TV policy was the icing on the cake, perfect. Stunning views of Snowdonia & Dolwyddelan Castle was well worth a visit even though interior is still closed to public. Trains are within easy walking distance, but be warned go on first train as last trains back in either direction, are afternoon rather than evening. Village pub is handy for a pint, good selection reasonable prices, but sadly not serving food anymore.

“Excellent Weekend Break” We had a fabulous weekend staying at Swn-y-Dwr. The location was amazing and so close to shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed for our stay and every room was furnished beautifully. It was hard to choose which bedroom to sleep in!. Nick and Emiko were there to greet us and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

“Magically peaceful and tranquil stay” Our was all we hoped it would be plus more the cabin is just gorgeous and has everything you could need or ask for. The hot tub was a great addition and sitting under the stars celebrating our wedding anniversary was so magically. Our hosts were great and welcoming people. This is a must destination for anyone looking to get away and relax. We will be back in the summer Thanks Sarah and Rich

“Perfect in every way” We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Glanrhyd , the cottage was clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. We felt the cottage was ideally located, private, with views over the river and within easy walking distance to the village. It's one of those places you look forward to returning after a day out to relax and escape for a while. Highly recommended
