Property Description

Newly refurbished for 2020 - The Garden Apartment is a beautiful contemporary apartment located minutes from Newquay town centre and less than 100 metres from two of Newquay's most popular beaches, Great Western Beach and Towan Beach.

The Garden Apartment is the perfect choice for couples, small families and mixed groups. Its also ideal for contact workers who prefer serviced accommodation to a hotel.

We also accept pets at The Garden Apartment (subject to approval and pet fee).

There is an allocated car parking space at the rear, which is very handy as parking is limited in Newquay.

The Garden Apartment has been finished to a very high standard. We only use 100% Egyptian Cotton Bed Linen and and quality towels to create a luxury hotel feel, but with the space and freedom of a privately-owned, self-catering apartment.

The Garden Apartment is fully equipped with everything you would need for your vacation, including a full stocked kitchen with cooking pans, plates and utensils, should you wish to have a relaxing night in.

Tea towels, dish cloths, fairy liquid, washing tablets, bin liners, toilet rolls, etc etc are included as well as a welcome pack to get you started, including tea, coffee, sugar, milk and luxury biscuits.

Guest who stay at The Garden Apartment will have exclusive access to the outside garden terrace. This is a lovely space where you can relax and unwind on your holiday.

The Garden Apartment is also fitted with the FREE BT Infinity Fibre Optic (Wi-Fi), which is available throughout, even on the garden terrace. Netflix is also available to guests free of charge.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Short or long stays welcome, business and corporate use, singles, couples, families welcome.

2. We do not accommodate stag, hen or similar all male/female groups. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings when we deem this to be the case.

3. There is compulsory cleaning charge of £50.00 for each per rental period.

4. Guests can pay for additional cleans at a cost of £50.00 per clean.

5. The parking space at the rear of the property is only suitable for small /medium cars. Larger vehicles might struggle to fit and we cannot be held responsible if this happens. The Manor Car Park is located only 4 minutes away and there is also street parking nearby, subject to availability.

6. We charge a pet fee of £10.00 per night (subject to pet approval).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Greenstay (the owner) a message.

If Greenstay (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
