Balsusney Road is a quiet street, with ample parking. The property is close to High Street, library/museum, theatre and two beautiful parks.
Pets are very welcome.
At the rear there is a very large garden/drying green which is ideal for pet's late night and early morning visits.
Guests are asked to respect that it is a shared area and remove any animal deposits into the brown bin.
Getting around. Balsusney is a four/five minute walk to the main railway station, and ten minute to the bus station. Trains to Edinburgh take 40 minutes, 1 hour to Glasgow, 45 minutes to Perth. St Andrews is a 45 minute drive away, or 1 hour by bus. Edinburgh airport is approx a 45 minute drive (depending on traffic) taxi fares, from £40 one way, reduction for return fare.
