This end of terrace, 18th century cottage is situated on a quiet lane in the pretty Devon village of Kingston and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.1 Gabberwell Cottages is a charming end-of-terrace 18th century cottage on a quiet lane in the pretty South Devon village of Kingston. The cottage sleeps four people in two double bedrooms (one can convert to twin) with a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a sitting room with wood burner and a kitchen with stable doors to the garden. Outside is a good sized garden with steps down to lawn from a decked area, sun loungers, table and chairs and countryside views, and parking for two cars. Just 500 yards from the friendly village inn, 1 Gabberwell Cottages is a welcoming cottage for a memorable cottage in Devon.

Amenities: Electric panel heaters with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV with Blu-ray, DVD, WiFi, Fuel, power & wood for wood burning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. Enclosed garden with barbecue. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (not permitted upstairs). Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: Kingston is a very pretty Devon village, well off the beaten track in an AONB, one mile from the River Ermes beautiful wooded estuary and sandy Wonwell beach.
