This peaceful detached cottage is situated near the Devon village of Dalwood and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Little Evanses is a peaceful detached timber-clad cottage on a smallholding on the edge of the Devon village of Dalwood with great views. The cottage sleeps four people in a downstairs twin bedroom with en suite shower room and an upstairs double bedroom with en suite bathroom. On the ground floor is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside is a lawned garden with furniture and barbecue. With a half mile footpath to the village pub and shop, Little Evanses is an excellent base for a break in Devon.

Amenities: Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request, Off road parking for two cars. Barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: The lovely market town of Axminster has been made famous by the well-known organic shop and canteen in the area, which were introduced by TV presenter Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall. Nestled in outstanding peaceful countryside, Axminster is certainly a place to relax and unwind.
