Beacon Square is a large family house located only minutes from Emsworth sea front. Only a short walk to the water and minutes from the local restaurants, cafes and shops, Beacon Square is in an excellent spot to enjoy everything Emsworth, our beautiful harbour village, has to offer.

The house has a good-sized living and dining area which can be opened up to become one space, or close the double doors and you can section off the dining area from your living space. From the cosy lounge are two tall patio doors that open up onto the large garden. In the summer months the garden makes for a perfect spot to enjoy outdoor dining with two garden tables and enough chairs to seat the whole family. The television is a smart tv with facilities to log into your own netflix, amazon film etc. The television has freeview and there is a dvd player should you want to snuggle down with a movie in the evening after a long day of exploring.

Beacon Square's well equipped kitchen has everything you will need to effectively self-cater during your stay while not out at one of the many local independent restaurants. The kitchen includes, cooker with hob and double oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, two fridge's, two freezer's, dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the first floor are three bedrooms, one double bedroom with a slight view out to the sea. The water is much clearer in the winter when the foliage is down! There is one twin bedroom, with put up bed in the cupboard, guests are free to use this but please let us know so we can make it up with linen and one bunk bed room with single bed on top and double bed on the bottom. (6 ADULTS ONLY)

Please note, this is a quiet residential area so please keep volume to a minimum and respect the neighbours. No single *** groups allowed at this property.

Beacon Square has one family bathroom on the first floor with shower only and a further WC can be found on the ground floor.

We request that you bring two cars only to the property and if you have a third vehicle please contact for us advice as to where you can park locally for free. Free wifi is available at the property.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The plumber did visit on the first day you called about the heating problems and she found that the boiler had been turned off. Upon speaking to you during your booking we found out you were turning the heating off at the boiler rather than the thermostat control pad . We have re looked at control panel and everything does seem to be clear but we will get written instructions included too. Unfortunately the heating problems did stem from how you were turning the boiler off.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
