“A perfect base for a New Forest holiday.” This property is just a few minutes walk from both the high street in Lyndhurst and the forest itself and being in Lyndhurst is centrally located for all the New Forest attractions. Beautifully presented and with everything you might need, we felt at home from the moment we arrived and thoroughly enjoyed our welcome pack of fruit, wine, bread, butter and homemade marmalade. We were particularly impressed with the quality of the fittings, furnishings and equipment in the cottage - felt like a home rather than just rental accommodation. We would definitely book the Bothy again!

“The perfect gem in the New Forest.” The Old School House in Bramshaw is the perfect location for exploring the Forest. Close to Lyndhurst, Lymington, Salisbury, Winchester and Southampton. Found many good pubs serving lovely food close by and have loved seeing ponies, donkeys, sheep and cows all nearby. We have loved this place and would highly recommend it. It is so well equipped and is beautifully warm and cozy. The owners Helen & Paul made us most welcome and helped made our stay a very happy, memorable time in a very special place.

“relaxing luxurious family get together” Thankyou Kate for the amazing home you have and for all the extras and those amqazing little notes everywhere. The wine and date cake were amazing and well appreciated. All the family had their own space, luxury bedroom and luxury linens and those at the top of the house loved being away from everyone else! The garden was lovely and we sat out together often drinking wine and chilling. As we had booked for an 80th we had a couple of oldies with us and the ease of getting around and walking into town was fab for them, the road noise was minimal and didnt bother us at all in fact since coming home we have less road noise but a lot more bird noise surprisingly which seems worse and longer! the kitchen was very well equipped and we all spent hours in there eating and drinking at the table which was lovely. I cant recommend this home highly enough it was amazing, wow factor throughout and so so relaxing and comfortable and clean. THANKYOU SO MUCH

Ringwood manor house

“Lovely, spacious accommodation in peaceful, beautiful surroundings” The house is very spacious with a large living room/dining room area, which made it ideal for the the 6 of us to share - it could have easily accommodated more. The kitchen and bedrooms had plenty of space too and were well equipped. For us, the non-master bedroom beds could have been bigger (only queen size), but apart from that, perfectly comfortable. The gardens are beautiful and large enough to go for a 10 minute walk in, with lots of lovely trees. Right in the heart of the New Forest with Ringwood with amenities nearby, it's a great place to stay for a quiet break.

“July 2017” We all had a lovely stay at Sarah's House. The house has everything we needed for our stay and some great seating areas outdoors. The house is at a great location near to shops, pubs and great walks. Would recommend everyone to stay in Fordingbridge.

“First class” A well appointed holiday home with everything we needed and more. Spacious, comfortable and peaceful. Loved the log burner! Rockbourne is conveniently situated for visiting Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire, loads to see and do. If you go in the winter watch out for the ponys in the dark! Many thanks to the proprieter for the friendly welcome and the care that he took to create such a great place. We didn't want to come home!

“Location, location, location” What an amazing cottage. Location to die for. It was such a tranquil setting. Loved hearing the owl hooting at night. There is everything you can possible want at this cottage. Beds are so comfy. Walking distance to a fantastic pub, The White Buck. “Perfect relaxing environment” We stayed for one week in the studio and we really loved it! The studio is as spacious and luxury as described and we really appreciated the small terrace where we could relax with a coffee or beer after a long walk. The view is lovely and the whole premises is located very quiet and perfect for walking in and around Lymington. So we had a really relaxing holiday! Annabelle is a great host and she has a lot of good hints for activities and dinner in town. We can really recommend to book the studio by the sea without any limitations!

“Outstanding New Forest Cottage” We were greeted upon arrival with freshly baked chocolate brownies . The quality of the welcome pack was very good right down to the wine ! Katrin and Ashley could not have done more to accommodate our needs and explained the locale and amenities in Brockenhuurst. The cottage has been recently refurbished and is immaculate throughout. It is spacious well equipped with everything you may need to enhance your stay. Our 8 year old really enjoyed his time there. It did feel like a home from home. I couldn't fault anything and as a seasoned travelers this is quite unusual for us. It was our first trip to the New Forest and based on this experience it won't be our last. Would heartily recommend and look forward to returning.

“Lovely place to stay at a reasonable price” Johnathan was helpful and friendly right from the start. The cottage is beautiful and well equipped. It feels welcoming and cosy. There is nothing too fancy about it so it feels like home. Shower is awesome! There is a downstairs bedroom with a toilet immediately adjacent to it which was very useful for Dad. The views and outlook are amazing. Conveniently placed for Lymington, Lyndhurst, Southampton and Portsmouth and the whole of the New Forest. The only downside is that it is a bit difficult reversing out of the drive across a quite busy road but there is a small car park just across the road if you don't feel too confident to do this. Great pub with friendly service and lovely menu just up the road. All in all, I would certainly recommend it and if I am returning to this area again then I will definitely book the same cottage.

“Fantastic Family Property” In all ways outstanding holiday accommodation to please all ages. Spacious indoors, secluded extensive garden. Two year old Granddaughter just fell in love with the trampoline Her older Father, Uncle and this writer, her Grandfather, enjoyed the ( outdoor) table tennis equipment, proper table, bats and balls...the goalposts , particularly in World Cup week, allowed all to demonstrate their " scoring" abilities! And enough space to allow proper tennis volleying. The decking area in the bright June afternoons a delight n which to relax, sunbathe, take drinks, eat . The garden , quite " wild" in places , around the property added a quirkiness and a natural appearance and its parking more than sufficient for all booked guests. Indoors a large ground floor hall leading to first bathroom (bath and shower) the three well furnished bedrooms, and also to the particularly spacious lounge, ( overlooking the front drive) with comfy chairs, large Freeview TV, internet router and to the L shaped kitchen / diner (overlooking the rear garden) with all amenities and second large Freeview TV set... Off the kitchen is a utility room , the second bathroom( with shower) and thereafter two more ground floor bedrooms. Upstairs is the " master bedroom" and a third bathroom ( with shower) Many toys and and games for children were found , and reading material for all ages. Maybe just beware of the entrance/ exit to the property as the name suggests " Cornerways", just around a bend, but for a wonderful time and in great weather, which we fortunately enjoyed , book " Cornerways"... You too will love it .

“Great location, lovely house” My 12 yr old and I stayed here for a long weekend. We both loved the house and Lymington. The house is well located and as a result we decided to leave the car at home and we have no regrets there. We explored the town, the Isle of Wight , the New Forest and Hurst Castle easily, The owners were really helpful and seemed genuinely concerned to make sure we were ok. The property is a good size upstairs but downstairs it is something else. - there is a very good sized living room and dining room then two conservatories and a garden. Although it’s near the town, it’s generally quiet, The house is very well equipped and well looked after. The only slightly negative thing I can think of to say is that although the kitchen is functional and well equipped and in good condition, it is a little dated in style compared to the rest of the property, which is generally very modern. But that’s a very minor point and it’s probably better to have old good quality rather than new, shiny and cheap which I have seen in some other properties .

“Perfect in every way!” Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We would not hesitate to recommend this place!
