Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Lovely Lodge and fantastic site!” We enjoyed a really lovely stay in this lodge. It felt really comfortable and homely, highly recommend. The site facilities are also amazing with indoor and outdoor heated pool!
“Excellent Stay” Really very happy with our family break post lockdown.
Great property, great location.
One or two small niggles but we were the first guests staying after lockdown and certainly nothing at all that detracted from our stay.
Johnathan was friendly and accommodating throughout also.
Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend.
“Great location” For our short weekend break the summer house met are needs perfectly, the down stairs bedroom with ensuite was great for my mum who hate stairs, being able to walk to the shops and pubs was more relaxing then having to drive,we walked to Hurst castle with stunning views of the needles, the next day we explored the forest which we know well ,would definitely recommend
“Cumfy, cosy, home from home” We stayed at Grafton holiday home at the beginning of April and found it to be a very comfortable and relaxing house. On arrival, the house was clean to a very high standard and we had everything we needed for the duration of our stay, even down to the landline to order takeaway and old towels for the dog and muddy shoes. The bottle of wine in the fridge was an very welcome touch after a long journey down to Lymington.
Booking is pleasurable as the owners, Tina and Mike, are easy to contact, quick with responses and any questions and queries you may have are answered in detail.
We also found the house was in a quiet and secluded location, just outside of Lymington with a few shops and takeaways a few minutes walk and a lovely pub just down the road.
