“On the door step” We stayed at the caravan for 8 nights. Everything was great. I had everything in the caravan that I could have needed. Avril and her husband were very helpful if needed. Great location as everything is so close. We enjoyed our stay very much.

“Prime position, perfect for Padstow!” We had a delightful holiday which was made such by our amazing accommodation 12 The Strand! Without doubt I would recommend this house to anybody wishing 5 star accommodation whilst in Padstow.

“Absolutely Amazing Location and Accommadation” I didn't want to write this review because it will be harder to book in the future!!! We stayed here during the last week of the school summer holidays 2016 and it was fantastic in every way, great location, great house and even better host. Our young children loved the hot outside shower in the alley and we spent an amazing week on the beach which is literally 50m away and there is even a choice of sand or rock pools. Overall a great stay, so good we rebooked the day we left for next year!!!!

“Lovely holiday house” The house was warm and comfortable - lovely bedrooms with King size beds - very comfortable - en- suite bathrooms - a real luxury! Great views from all the windows - sonos in the kitchen so cooking accompanied by an assortment of Beach Boys to Techno! Lots of board games to choose from. A great location for all the bays and stunning coastline - Bedruthan steps was a highlight and breakfast at Fifteen in Watergate Bay was fab. As long as you can brave the narrow Cornish lanes leading to the house ( we got used to them) it's a great place for a holiday. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

“Great stay, great location, great house” Sintra is a fantastic family house. We stayed with 6 adults and 4 children and there was more than enough room for all. The walk in wet room was fantastic for coming straight off the beach. The location is wonderful too, a 10 minute walk down the hill to one of the best family beaches in North Cornwall. Would definitely stay here again.

“Tregea has everything you need” My family of 4 (including 6 yr old and a baby) stayed for 2 weeks at this exceptional property. The first week we had another young family with us and the second we were joined by my brother and his 6 yr old twins. Despite the abundance of children we managed to have a very relaxing time as there is so much for everyone to do at this house. Nothing is too much trouble for the owner who is a star. Fabulous location for beaches and Padstow alike, the house is very well equipped and has a huge array of toys and activities for the kids (the garage is an Aladdin's cave). If you like home comforts, acres of clean linen, a garden you can let the kids run wild in and a view that makes you open a second/third/fourth bottle, you will love Tregea. We were very sad to leave
