Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Perfect” Betty's cottage has everything that you need to have a perfect holiday in Padstow. It is well equipped, clean and comfortable with a good sized television (unlike so many other holiday cottages). The things we really like about it though are the garage, the internet, the dishwasher, and the short walk to the harbour. We have stayed here three times now and would definitely recommend it.
“Great location... clean and cosy cottage in the heart of a beautiful area!” We stayed at No.5 Mill Road for 2 weeks with 2 little boys aged 2 and 5. Just adjacent to No. 10 Broad Street, it's a charming little cottage in an excellent location.
The main shops/pubs/restaurants are just round the corner and the harbour a 2min walk, yet the cottage still enjoys a relatively quiet and peaceful setting.
Although there is no parking directly outside Mill Road, we parked the car in Link Road car park and cut through the woods at the top of Mill Road, which was no more than a 5 min walk (A weekly permit costs about £42). With Mill Road enjoying relatively little through traffic, we never had any problems loading/unloading the car outside, even leaving it there for a while.
All in all, a very enjoyable stay, with beautiful beaches, stylish restaurants and traditional pubs all on your doorstep, we would definitely recommend this cottage to couples and small families looking for an ideal place to explore all that Padstow has to offer, plus other areas of Cornwall.
