“Padstows perfect home from home” perfect position short walk from harbour, gorgeous property with pretty furnishing all home comfort's. Garage was a blessing as was the welcoming bottles of wine after a long journey. Sun terrace both front and rear ideal for relaxing . we are rebooking after the end of this review , see you soon x

“Farmhouse Delight” Trevio Framhouse is an absolute gem. We have been coming here for the last 5 years, it really is a slice of Cornish heaven. The property is very well equipped and to a high standard with all the things you need when travelling with young children. The views and the wildlife around the farmhouse are breath taking.There are lots of amenities close by at St Merryn and several beaches and coves all within a 10 minute drive. Judith is very accomodating and nothing is ever too much, she always makes sure our holiday is superb. This is definateley a 5 star farmhouse!!

“A cosy and well equipped cottage fairly close to the coast” Three very nice bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. A lovely kitchen/living room where the kids played while we fixed the dinner. All three bathrooms were first class, and all appliances worked as they should. The tricky part was to get in and out of the narrow gate direct out on the road.

“Perfect Stay” Quiet, cosy chalet perfectly located mid-way along stretch of The finest North Cornwall beaches. Everything provided, comfortable bed, and great to have our own space at such a reasonable price at a time when so many others in Cornwall have over-inflated their prices. Hats off to Phil and Sue for Keeping to their principles and thus making it possible for us to have this brilliant time away. Never stayed in a chalet before, but definitely will stay here again.

“Excellent Place and Great Location” Excellect Location and a very Beautiful Lodge. Wendy Lodge was ideal for our family, spacious and well equipped, and in a great location close to fabulous beaches and beautiful Padstow. The position on the site meant we had use of lots of outside space, even with the shop & restaurant closed due to covid it wasn’t a problem at all to find amenities close by.

“Great stay, great location, great house” Sintra is a fantastic family house. We stayed with 6 adults and 4 children and there was more than enough room for all. The walk in wet room was fantastic for coming straight off the beach. The location is wonderful too, a 10 minute walk down the hill to one of the best family beaches in North Cornwall. Would definitely stay here again.

“Absolutely Amazing Location and Accommadation” I didn't want to write this review because it will be harder to book in the future!!! We stayed here during the last week of the school summer holidays 2016 and it was fantastic in every way, great location, great house and even better host. Our young children loved the hot outside shower in the alley and we spent an amazing week on the beach which is literally 50m away and there is even a choice of sand or rock pools. Overall a great stay, so good we rebooked the day we left for next year!!!!
