“Perfect flat, perfect location!” Eva's flat was amazing and she appointed it with absolutely everything in mind, including eggs from her hens and lovely soaps that she made herself. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, the beds were comfy and warm, and there were candies in every room. It was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The only issue was some noise from people in the streets at night, but she put earplugs in nightstand drawers and we turned the fans (there is one in each room) on for white noise so it worked out fine. You could not pick a better location, right off the Royal Mile and near wonderful shops and restaurants. If you go to Edinburgh and don't stay at Eva's, you've missed something!

“Perfect location, very clean, very helpful owners!” We stayed for one week in this lovely and very clean apartment. It was an excellent place to stay for two people. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating, even purchasing an item we needed but could not find, so that we had it on arrival. We also arrived early, and they made arrangements for us to check in earlier than planned. When we could not reach them due to a glitch in technology, we were delighted to find them waiting for us at the apartment with the keys! The location was superb - literally 5 minutes walk from the bus stop, 10 minutes walk to the grocery store, and 6 or 7 minutes walk to the foot of the Royal Mile, the Palace of Holyrood House and the Scottish Parliament Building. It was VERY easy to get around from here. There were many helpful tourist brochures in the apartment - as well as maps, an Edinburgh guide book, bus schedules, and more. The welcome tray with tea, coffee, and snacks was a nice touch. Free wi-fi was helpful too. We would most certainly come again, and highly recommend it to others. Thank you for everything! We loved our visit to your wonderful city and can't wait to return!
