“Beauitful and very functional” This is a beautiful cottage clearly done up as someone's holiday home rather than an impersonal letting property. Decor is beauitful and house is full of good quality gadgets, well laid out, everything you could need for a relaxing break with dogs and children.

“Perfectly positioned for exploring” We have recently returned from our stay at Cosy Cottage and we have had a wonderful few days. The cottage was spotless and comfortable, our daughter (6yrs) thought it was delightful. We especially enjoyed the black birds nest just outside the window where we watched the birds feeding their chicks everyday and the ducks on their daily waddle down the road was a special treat. The fruit & veg stand over the road was brilliant for tasty fresh produce. The WiFi worked fine, no problems. Good selection of plates, glasses, cutlery and good sized coffee mugs (this is a big plus for us). We particularly enjoyed the beach at Brancaster and crabbing at Wells-next-the-Sea. Feels like we’ve been away for much longer. The cottage location was perfect for exploring North Norfolk. Looking forward to returning soon.

“Well equipped spacious property” Spacious property with bonus of off road parking. Walking distance to shops, beach and restaurants. Nice park just around the corner for a quick walk with the dog. Owner left milk, tea and coffee which was very welcome after a long journey. Lots of extras like a few dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, tea towels and hand soap. Kitchen had everything!

“Wroxham holiday” What a amazing place to stay. Very clean and tidy. Was shocked to see complementary biscuts and chocolates on the table. Rooms are very big and brilliant for a family. But there was only 2 of us stay. Very homely and warm. Lovely views from all around the home. Amazing place to stay would reccomened to anyone. We will definitely be returning. Julie was on the end of the phone if needed but was very quick on communication thank you Julie.

“Perfect little staycation” Just got home from a great weekend staying at the Pilgrims Cottage in Stanhoe. Perfect location to explore the Norfolk coast. Only 15 minutes from Wells Next The Sea. Cottage itself is very cute and cosy. Lacking in a few amenities - no tea towels, bath mat, salt & pepper etc could have been provided. So bring supplies! We organised to have the z bed in our room but this wasn’t put out so had to sort linen for it, bit confusing which sheets we were allowed to use. But other than that the cottage was very clean and pretty spacious. Great little outside area with table and chairs for a bbq too!

“Yare Cottage” Yare Cottage is a very well equipped cottage right on the river in Wroxham. We didn't have very good weather, but every time we returned to the cottage it felt cosy and homely. There is ample parking and all that Wroxham has to offer is easily accessible from this site. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. I would recommend this Cottage to anyone and look forward to staying here again.

“Well equipped lovely cottage within walking distance to beach, playground and local shops” The cottage is comfortable with a homely feel, with plenty of supplies for for the 9 of us. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are quite spacious with a small single room downstairs. It is nice to have a small garden at the back as well as a sitting area at the front. Having 2 designated car park spaces at the back bay is great. The welcome pack with milk, tea bags, biscuits & wine was very received by us all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

“Fantastic New Year’s Eve weekend break with the family” We had a lovely stay over New Year’s Eve weekend 2017. The barn is beautifully presented with everything you need for your stay. Linda left a box of toys for our little boy full of trains and track which he loved and a selection of kids DVDs which he enjoyed sitting and watching. Brilliant location to explore both Norfolk and Suffolk - we drove to Aldeburgh on New Year’s Eve daytime which is just over an hour away and worth a visit. We also went on the wroxham to alysham barrow gauge steam train which is half hour away. Plenty of other things to do that we would happily go back and stay at the barn to go and do. Thank you for a lovely stay and we would highly recommend the barn for a family get away.
