“A gem!” What a perfect place! Snug by name and snug by nature! We had a blissful visit! The flat is beautiful, so comfortable and the location is perfect at just a few minutes walk to Prince's St and yet set back in a nice quiet street! Can recommend to anyone and we all intend to return!

“Great apartment and perfect for my family's needs.” We had a great experience with Slawomir and this flat rental. The place was easy to find, had plenty of parking for our big van, and was a good cozy size even for my family of 6 (grandma, parents, brother, sister in law, and me). There were two bathrooms with plenty of towels (but you do need to bring your own shampoo and body wash as that was not provided). One master bedroom with connecting shower, one room with two twin beds and the sofa bed were provided with pillows and sheets. Slawomir, the owner, was very receptive and flexible to our changes in arrival time. He provided a welcome kit with tea and coffee and milk. The flat overlooked a lovely park. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend if you are visiting Edinburgh. Cannot comment on ease of access without a car since we had a rental car and drove everywhere we needed.

“Perfect apartment in a beautiful city.” We were really impressed with the accommodation. The apartment was modern, clean and stocked with essentials. It was easy to find in a central location, so we were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the christmassy atmosphere. A folder featuring lists of local restaurants, bars and clubs came in very handy and was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anybody wanting to visit Edinburgh, we had a fantastic holiday. Thank you!

“Perfect old town location for an Edinburgh break” The location of this flat is perfect for Edinburgh and Fringe festival-goers, being very close to all the main venues and with the advantage of being very quiet as it is in a side street. The booking and admin was very easy to and the owner fantastically flexible about our arrival time, happy to keep in touch with us by text on the day and to fit in with our plans. The flat was spacious, well equipped, comfortable and clean, and the welcome bottle of wine a very nice touch. Located on the 4th floor, there is no lift so you need to be OK with stairs. We would definitely recommend this accomodation.

“Such a nice flat” I really received a great service got my keys right away and when I got at the flat everything was very clean and tidy. The flat has a very good space. The living room has a wide screen TV with many channels and confortable couches. The double room has an excellent wardrobe and the bed is also very confortable. The kitchen contains all the stuff necessary to cook during any staying. It`s located near the center of the city, just 15 minutes walking and 5 minutes on a bus.It provides a bus stop just in front of the building. What a really enjoyed in the flat was the price of the rent, the confort and how convenient was living in a place with so many shops around. I really recommend it.

“I would recommend to everyone” Lovely quiet spacious apartment with a lovely touch of home made biscuits on arrival along with tea, coffee milk etc. Fiona was very flexible in letting us check in early and leave late as she didn't have any guests arriving that day. No need for taxis either as it's only a 10 minute walk to princess street and there's plenty of sightseeing books to read in the apartment. I'd definitely visit here again and recommend to anyone as great value for money
