“Wow ! Fantastic lodge” This delivers on every level,very homely,gives everyone space ,everything you need is there at high standard lovely and clean,we didn't get chance to use the outside lovely seating areas and BBQ, the resort offers fantastic facilites can't fault it best rental lodge we stated we didn't want to leave will be booking up for next year very soon!!

“Fab” Fab caravan with a great view. Lovely walks all around. Caravan much larger than expected especially the kitchen and seating area. Shower was a normal shower with good pressure and a decent size. Had anything you needed, wish we’d booked for longer.

“Fabulous House for a family celebration” We stayed at 32 Brownsea Road for long weekend to celebrate my husbands & daughters birthdays. The house is situated perfectly to explore the surrounding area & the house was very comfortable and well stocked when we stayed in. The eleven of us had a fabulous time and would definitely think of returning. The highlight for the kids was the jacuzzi!!

Would definitely stay again!” Very enjoyable stay at Shore point, pleased on arrival that accomodation was clean, tidy and met the high specifications that we where expecting. Welcome hamper was a nice extra touch! Appartment layout was sociable & relaxing, with great open plan area to spend time as a family and enough alternative space to be alone should you wish. Only a short walk to beautiful beach's, local shop and ferry, we could'nt have asked for much more. Would be more than happy to book again in the near future :0)

“Idyllic Cottage with in stunning surroundings!” We instantly felt at home here in this charming cosy cottage. We absolutely loved the surroundings and went walking at least twice a day! You can walk into Corfe over the brow and over the fields but check your route first on the map. The steam train you can catch from Corfe into Swanage is delightful and our 3 year loved it and was talking about it for weeks afterwards! There was so much to do there. lovely Boutiques, ice creams on the pier, great coffee shops and fish and chips ( The Parade fish and chips to die for! its on the front ) Corfe itself is a lovely day out. You can walk right around the Castle and the village bakery is divine. We had lunch at The Fox pub where we sat in the beer garden over looking the castle ruins which was really nice on a hot day. Though the Cottage doesn't really have it's own garden, we enjoyed the large enclosed terrace where we could keep an eye on our 3 year old. It suited us fine. We did a lot of walking but it was never a struggle a struggle for our little one. She loved it. Such a happy and healthy Summer holiday :) A huge thanks to Paul and Sarah who were always such a huge help when I had a few queries before hand xx

“Perfect family holiday!” An amazing week staying at Beach View. Three generations of family celebrating a special birthday right on the Southbourne seafront. With fantastic views from the garden and upstairs balcony, the house is bright, airy and catered for our every need. Hilton, the owner, was so welcoming and it was evident that he genuinely cares that his guests have a fantastic stay. He helped us with any queries or requests we had and was readily available to help us out whenever we needed. The property is in an ideal location, away from hustle and bustle of Bournemouth, but easily accessible to all the surrounding areas by bus, which we used whilst the Air Show was on. Very much hope to return!

“SUPERB!!!!” I have been staying at Warmwell both privately and through Warmwell directly for years & I have to say this is one of the best lodges I have had the privilege of staying in. The lodge itself was beautifully presented, contained all mod cons & was very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need! The owner Laura is very approachable & accomodating, nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. I would highly recommend staying in this exquisite lodge!

“Perfect autumn treat” Pleasant and well-appointed ground floor flat in perfect location. Excellent shower and very comfortable bed especially appreciated. Lovely sea views and garden; small beach at the bottom of the road; level walk into Weymouth along converted railway line the Rodwell Trail a bonus. Loads of lovely walks in the area and plenty to do even out of season. We were also blessed with lovely weather in spite of it being November.

“Couldn't be better” Booked this apartment as a Christmas present for my partner. Instructions regarding arrival were clear and concise. The position on the front is perfect. There is a bay window looking out over the harbour where one can sit for hours looking out to sea. There are 3 reasonable sized bedrooms and a kitchen diner which also enjoys the sea views. It is centrally situated for the town and also local walks. I will definitely return to this apartment if I come back to Swanage and would thoroughly recommend it.

“Ideally situated, pretty, well-equipped and cosy cottage.” Rose Cottage was perfect for our annual walking trip. Walks straight from the door, a beautiful beach, pubs and visitor centre a stone's throw from the front door. The cottage was warm and charming, beds extremely comfortable (very important after those long walks!) and good strong showers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you Catriona!

“Lovely, peaceful, well equipped.” We had a fabulous time at Fisherman's cottage. The cottage was clean, light and perfect for a quiet holiday with a group of friends. The fresh flowers and fruit were a lovely touch and we'd definitely book again. The only slight issue we had was ceiling height, one of our group was rather tall and some of the entrances are low.

“Perfect seaside house” We stayed at this house for my sisters hen party there was 14 of us, and it was just perfect, the rooms were all spacious and beautifully decorated- it is a 2 min walk to the beech and only a few miles in to Bournemouth it was just perfect for what we needed it for, thank you to the owner for letting us stay.

“Amazing location, beautiful views, proper beach holiday” First of all I would like to thank the owner for letting us stay in this amazing holiday home. We could not have been happier here for the week. The location attracted us in an instant to book this and we were not disappointed. If you want to be 1 minute walk from the beach, and wake up to a stunning sea view every day, this is the place to stay. This chalet style bungalow is all on one floor, you have a very large living room/dining room with big patio doors overlooking the beach and sea. This room has been decorated recently and gives the impression of a seaside chalet inside, very nice. There is also one large double bedroom also facing the sea, again with patio doors, Both these rooms lead onto a small veranda which you can sit on the bench and just watch the sea, or watch the sun go down over the cliffs to the West. Amazing. There is a good size family bathroom. The shower is plenty powerful enough. There is also a bath. There is a second separate toilet. There is an adequately sized twin room. All beds are comfy and there is plenty of wardrobe space in both rooms. The kitchen is a good size. Well equipped to cook a good meal. We cooked here a lot because we enjoyed being in this house and eating with a perfect sea view!! There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a back garden which is also a good enough size. It has a picnic table which is placed where you can just see the sea, and also has a comfy swing seat. The garden was big enough for my children to happily play bat and ball. You can also access the front of the property to the veranda from the back garden. There are 36 steps up to the house, so i would not recommend this property if you are slightly immobile. This did not put us off, it was a good work out everyday!!! We were lucky whilst we were here that the annual torch light procession was on Sunday night, which also has a bonfire on the car park below the house and finishes with a lovely firework display on the beach, we were able to sit on the veranda and watch the fireworks. We also took our dog, and due to the wooden floors in the property it was easy to hoover dog hair up every day and maintain the cleanliness of the property. We were extremely lucky with the weather and had really sunny and warm week, West Bay is a lovely seaside town if you just want to enjoy relaxing on the beach, walks along the stunning cliffs and finding nice places to eat and drink. It is a totally unspoilt/untacky seaside town. I cannot recommend this property enough. We will return. And if you are Broadchurch fans this property is the white chalet on the cliff that you see a lot!!!! Cannot wait to see it in the next series.

“Wonderful” This is an amazing cottage in a great location in the lovely seaside resort of Swanage. The owner Alison was helpful, friendly and informative from the start of the booking process to the end of the stay (long weekend). The cottage is stylishly decorated, very comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need. There is a lot of equipment available to borrow for the perfect beach holiday and lots of information about Swanage itself and local attractions. It is very clean and full of personal touches to make a special stay. We loved it and are planning our next visit.
