“Perfect apartment, ideal location on the beach” Short walk to beach and sandbanks ferry to Brownsea Island and Studland. No car required. Beautiful sunrise on lovely blue flag sandy beach and amazing sunset over the harbour in the evening. Close to ferries to Guernsey, Jersey and France from Poole. Great days out at Corfe Castle, Swanage, Lulworth Cove, Kimmeridge and Bournemouth. Beautifully appointed apartment with ensuite bathroom and all very modern, light and bright. Nice sunny balcony with views. Great parks nearby, Poole Park, Alum Chine, Sandbanks & Compton Acres. Will definitely book again.

“Wonderful view. Great location” The apartment was very clean and tidy. The owner Brian was there to meet us upon arrival. Very nice chap. Location was great just across the road from a lovely quiet beach and only a short drive into Bournemouth itself. Despite storm Aileen we still had a great week. Already planning our next holiday here.

“Wow” What a wonderful flat, spotlessly clean with everything you need. And a lovely little garden to sit and relax my grandson loved playing in it with his cars. It’s close to the beach 5 minutes and shops. Liz was very friendly and helpful with lots of useful information. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for a lovely stay

“Fantastic Apartment, Lovely Location” This apartment was really fantastic, lovely and luxurious inside with everything you could want from a holiday. We were left a lovely welcome hamper which was much appreciated. On arrival the whole place was spotlessly clean and with great modern decor. Beds were very comfortable, TV s in all three bedrooms , which my children loved ! Great location as well. Would definetely recommend a stay here and we will be booking again.

“A stunning apartment in a beautiful location” We were lucky enough to see in the New year at this modern, comfortable apartment. Having never been to Bournemouth or Boscombe before, we were utterly amazed at the stunning location. Even in December we spent our days on the gorgeous beach flying kites or taking the train along the coast. The photos of the apartment don't do it justice- it's much bigger in real life. From the breath-taking victorian entrance hall to the unique, stylish apartment to the beautiful coastline- I would highly recommend a stay and we will be back soon.

“Relaxing home from home” We really enjoyed our break at your beautiful barn. It was well laid out, beautifully, well stocked with all the utensils you could want. Not too far from the beach, shops, and places to eat. The location was great. We would love to have explored a bit more on foot. Our dog loved it to. There was only a couple of very small down ports. The front door was a bit stif to open and the toilet door downstairs was a little bit stif to open. But this would not put us of coming again.

“Perfect stay with young children.” We had a fantastic week at Sandbourne house, the facilities were fantastic and the children loved all the toys and games, which we made good use of as the weather was very "British " that week. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beach and pirate playground, we ate at Vesuvios restaurant on the beach which was also brilliant although would definitely recommend booking, especially on the weekend. Very helpful information, and leaflets of the surrounding areas activities and days out, which was lucky as we were (shamefully) lost without WiFi. Can strongly suggest that you don't lock yourself out of the apartment, although even this was dealt with without any real problems.

“Comfortable, well-furnished, clean, big house in a good location” We were lucky to stay in this house. It looked as good as the pics and possibly even better. The dining room was so elegantly laid out, that made all of us go 'wow!' when we first stepped into the house. We travelled in a family group with children, including an infant. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped, we held a dinner party (inviting family who live nearby) the first night we arrived. The owner gave us the contact of a chef (Matt) who came to the house within 3 hours and we had a last minute dinner party that night for 30 guests! That's how big the house is. There's a pool table and 2 lounge rooms to hang out. The bedrooms were of very good size. We had clean sheets, fresh towels, lots of hangers and pillows. The bathrooms were clean and hot water was not a problem. The washing machine and dryer worked perfectly well and was well-maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. It surpassed our expectations.

“Apartment was perfect, modern, light and well equipped.” The apartment was spacious, well furnished and clean, just perfect for our needs. It was exceptionally well equipped with lots of DVD’s, games for the children and even beach equipment. Property was well located as only a short distance from Boscombe pier and beach. Also was very close to the high street which had supermarkets and shops. Booking was easy and all communication was prompt. Hope to stay again.

“Lovely, family-friendly apartment” We had a wonderful week long stay in this very well equipped and appointed apartment. It was clean, spacious and comfortable, providing a real home away from home as we explored the local area and beyond. The owner, Liz, was lovely to communicate with and gave lots of helpful information and tips to ensure a great stay. She was also very accommodating and allowed us to book as a family of 5 - we just brought a travel cot along for the littlest - and there was more than enough space for us all. It is brilliantly located for the beach, which was ideal as we had a 4 and 6 year old who weren't keen on trekking too far at the end of long day building sandcastles! The parking was ideal and the outside space was a great feature. The beds were very comfortable and the location nice and peaceful. We will happily book here again when we return to the area as we had a fabulous stay and still have so much more to do and see.
