“Delightful cottage” What a lovely way to spend Xmas in this delightful cottage. Cosy clean well equipped and very comfy beds. Spent quality time with family after a difficult year this was the perfect setting. Great location too. 100% recommend this cottage. Can't wait to return in the summer. “Comfort with delightful views” Very comfortable home. Lovely mix of old and new blended together very well . like the attention to detail, esp. quality blackout curtains. Having a good sleep on your holiday makes all the difference . Fantastic position for walking and amenities in the town .

“The Wow Factor House” This house certainly has the wow factor - this is accommodation of the highest order. The location is within easy walking distance of both shores, shops and restaurants. Llandudno is a lovely Town, and is an ideal base for exploring the wonders of North Wales. Excellent off road parking, which would prove a bonus in the summer season. David and Amanda provided excellent support and information together with a very welcome pack of ‘goodies’. I have no hesitation in recommending this spacious townhouse.

“great appartment” This is my second stay at one york house , I first stayed in May of this year. I'd found the accommodation by chance scanning the net . It is a great little apartment , it feels out of the way , but only a brisk 5 min walk and your into the town , and a short walk to the West Shore. The apartment is set out and furnished extremely well . Kitchen is a good size and has everything you need , a lovely large lounge, with plenty of seating for a small family , and the bedroom is very big ! And can't miss out the bathroom , with bath and shower , I love that shower !! No doubt I'll be booking again for next year , it's a great base for the North Wales area .

“Excellent accommodation.” The Location is superb close to the pier and beach also the fish and chip shop plus the tram station. Also there are plenty of shops within a few minutes walk. The accommodation was very clean and warm on arrival. Very good views plus had message from owners to see if everything was ok. Sorry forgot to mention the local pub The Kings Head which is a very popular place serving good food and real ales.
