“Fantastic” We were lucky enough to stay at the Admirals house with our 18 month old son and had the most wonderful time. Cara and Lee ensured that everything was perfect on arrival, including the cot set up with sheets, blankets and lots of teddies, as well as a highchair, which made our stay incredibly easy.
The house itself is stunning, so much space, and fully equipped for all eventualities. The location is hard to beat, 5 min walk into the city centre, a lovely park with playground to the rear of the house, and the addition of the free parking space meant that it truly was the perfect place for a city break. We would highly recommend this house, for all sorts of stays, and will definitely return.
“Mrs” Absolutely beautiful apartment. Immaculately clean. Incredible value for money. Small but full equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and pillows. Definitely visiting again in the near future. Exceptional location. Such charm.
“Wonderful stay in Bath” An ideal property for 4 . Everything in the house was spotlessly clean and comfortable. A lovely quiet street and a ten minute walk to the centre along beautiful streets and past interesting independent shops and cafes.
Mark is a very helpful host. A lovely start to the year going in January.
“Excellent Bath apartment.” Excellent accommodation, close enough to the City and all attractions, but far enough away to be quiet, relaxing with the added bonus of on-site parking - very rare in Bath. Spacious, very well equipped, generous welcome pack (plenty to keep us going for all 3 breakfasts of our stay), helpful and friendly hosts, very useful information pack provided with good clear instructions/map for the (easy) walk into town. For those not wanting to walk there is a bus stop close by or taxi's are an option. The photos of the apartment attracted me to it and it is even better than the photos when you actually get there. Excellent value for money and we would definitely use this accommodation again.
“Beautiful apartment, perfect location” We travelled as a group of 11 for a hen party, all information prior to out visit was sent out with no delay and any questions we had were answered with no fuss - thank you to dan the owner for putting up with numerous changes to our group size!
Thank you to Theo the housekeeper for the phone call to check we were all ok the day before and for the directions, if I had to pick one bad point it would be that finding the place isn't the easiest when you don't know Bath!
The place itself was spotless with all the kitchen utensils we needed, the tea, coffee and milk put in were very very welcome!
The windows in the living room are amazing and the space brilliant for a large group. I would say though that the windows could do with a clean (although I appreciate this sounds nit picky they are so large that the dirt was a reasonable amount!)
Bedrooms were a reasonable size for us and again all were clean and tidy, bathrooms were the same and unlike many places i have stayed there was plenty of lovely hot water to go around! The decor is perfect for the house, quirky yet modern!
Location is perfect, restaurants and bars less than a 5minute walk away.
Overall a lovely weekend wouldn't hesitant to book this place again.
“Excellent accommodation, great location!” Booked the Courtyard for a hen do, great accommodation for a group of girls.
Clean, tidy rooms, modern, very spacious for a big group. Stayed in on the Friday night, perfect space for entertaining and getting to know each other the Thai restaurant opposite was excellent for our takeaway.
The location is perfect, just round the corner from the shopping centre. We also went to bath spa, it was only 5 mins walk away . Had lunch and went shopping, two keys supplied so the group had flexibility with what they wanted to do, as some people wanted to go back earlier and chill out.
Went out Saturday night, bathrooms worked well but was a bit cramped on Saturday night when all getting ready, could do with brighter lighting and more mirrors close to electric points. Could not fault location for a night out in Bath, very close to all restaurants and clubs, we ended up in the club opposite the apartment Circo, very convenient!
Great kitchen for cooking a fry up on Sunday morning. Check-out was 2pm...which was brilliant as we didn't have too rush to get ready after a night out and was perfect timing for afternoon tea!
A good time was had by all!
“Great location! Far superior to a hotel room.” The apartment is centrally located and has plenty of space. Handy to the Roman Baths and bus/train station. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance as well as grocery stores where you can buy food to cook in the kitchenette. Flat has one bedroom which is located at the rear of the property and was comfortable and quiet. There are some stairs to climb to get into the apartment so probably not good for people with disabilities but otherwise an excellent alternative to a hotel.
“Brilliant” A really well presented and convienient ground floor apartment in central Bath. Easy off road parking for car. Friendly and helpful owners who are there if you need them. Lovely homemade fresh bread for breakfast along with cereals, milk, tea, coffee, orange juice, butter, jam and shortbread. Everything really clean and welcoming.strongly recommended. 10minutes walk ito Milsom street shops and restaurants. Definatly visit again.
“Perfect location along with comfortable surroundings” We stayed as a group of 8 girls on a long weekend. The property was so central it didn't matter if some of us wanted to pop back for an afternoon knap to re energise for the night ahead. With all the pubs, restaurants and shops so close by this property is perfect for a group or family. With an excellant pub next door. ( We didnt hear any noise at all) What more you could you ask for. The property itself was lovely ,warm and comfortable with everything you would need for a break away.

Bath City Haven - Henrietta Street
Perfect apartment, is fantastic location
From the moment I booked, the owner was quick to inform me of the details required for us to stay at the apartment, even at the time agreeing to a request. When arriving at the apartment, parking was right outside which was perfect as I could see my car from the apartment window.
The apartment was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was ideal as we required use of the fridge, cups and kettle etc.. The living room area, spacious and comfortable. And bedrooms were just right for us (2 couples).
The city centre is a nice easy 5 minute walk from the apartment.
I would definitely stay here again! …
Central Bath House - Luxury Accomodation
Perfect house for a group break
This house is perfect for a get together in Bath for a number of reasons. Firstly the location which is in easy walking distance of the station (10 mins) and central attractions (15); parking is not quite so easy but where is it in Bath, and there is one residents parking permit available. The second reason is the five bedrooms which sleep 12 all have single beds which was great for our group of hens particularly as they had good quality duvets and linen. There was a triple on the ground floor (with a bathroom at the opposite end of the floor) , two doubles and a triple on the first (sharing one bathroom) and a double in the converted attic with small ensuite shower room. The third reason is the open plan living, dining, kitchen area with enough seating for everyone which was a great place to congregate. Then there was the excellent facilities and extras from the TV, Blu Ray/DVD player, washer/dryer, towels, bin bags, tea and coffee, even down to the breakfast pastries and biscuits the owner kindly left. And the owner is the final reason this is the perfect house for a group break as he was endlessly patient with my never ending questions which he always reposnded to quickly. Thank you! We plan on a reunion in the future. …
Broad Street House
A lovely house in a perfect location for shops, restaurants and pubs. Would definitely recommend.
Only negatives are it was very loud at night due to no double glazing and lots of pubs/ clubs nearby .. also the seagulls woke us up! Only other thing is there is no WiFi …
St James's Parade, Bath
15 St James' Parade is a beautiful house. It's fully equipped with anything you could need. It is beautifully decorated and the check in and out was seamless. It was perfect for our girlie weekend away. It is located an easy walk from the train station, the spa, shops and restaurants. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Bath. …
