“Brilliant brilliant” Excellent property. Lovely hamper loved celebrating my 50th here with my family. Would recommend to everyone. Could of not work out how to open doors on balconies but was not a major issue.

“Lovely family stay” We stayed here with our 9 month (crawling) baby and our 3 year old toddler. We were pleasantly surprised to see small touches tailored to young ones, like a high chair and toilet seat. The caravan was also nice and baby proof for daughter to crawl around safely. Everything was very clean and everything we needed was available- kitchen stuff, BBQ, games etc. The holiday park was lovely and nice and close to the beach. Our toddler didn't want to come home!

“cosy cottage in a great location” We really enjoyed our short stay in this lovely, well-equipped cottage. It is in a great location for the beach where we swam every day and could also walk our dog. The sand dunes are amazing. It's also only a short drive from Dungeness, Rye and Rye Harbour, where we had a lovely meal in the William the Conqueror pub. We would definitely recommend Beach Retreat and hope to return.

“Christmas at Rye beach house” What a fantastic few days. The property is of a high standard with all the home comforts you could possibly need. The downstairs garage/table tennis room was fantastic, the table tennis playoffs were a regular evening activity. Ideal for a family with dogs as ours never needed to come up the stairs after their long walks on the beach they were happy to chill in such a large space. We managed to cook well with all the pots and serving dishes. Plenty warm enough even in December. Apple TV allowed us to catch up on Christmas tv we had missed. Camber was quiet but suddenly came alive on Boxing Day when every one from the south came to walk their dogs or even their horses! The booking process and information prior to arrival was excellent. “Relaxing in Camber!” Excellent cottage with everything at your fingertips! We could not have asked for more. A quick walk to the beach, nice enclosed garden and a fully furnished cottage with loads of nice touches made if feel like home. We will definitely go back.

“This was a lovely week” We stayed in THE ROCK as a German family with 3 children, 8,13,15 years old. We all liked the house and the area of the other holiday houses near to us. The weather was fine, so we went every day to the beach ( very good for small children). Our children liked the Wii and it was wonderful that we had Wi-Fi. The house was very clean, only one think we didn't like, the mattresses.
